I am a fairly new patient of Dr. Ventura and this is my first review of his surgical work. I am a senior citizen and have experienced the skills of many surgeons, dentists, and their support staff over the years. I was a little reluctant to schedule an appointment with a dental group advertised as the Jaw Fixers. I asked around and got two very positive referrals and scheduled my first appointment. I can say that Glenda, Karen and all of Doctor Ventura’s staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very supportive. My surgery appointments were successful, including one for the repair of a tear in my right sinus membrane which other doctors could not repair. I would highly recommend Dr. Ventura and his fantastic staff !

Both of my children had their wisdom teeth removed here this year. The team was wonderful and the care they recieved was top notch. My only feedback is about their billing practice, which requires payment up front with reimbursement when the insurance claim is settled. Both times I have had to call to ensure my reimbursement was completed, weeks after the insurance had notified me of payment to the practice.

Did not do adequate bone graft I do not recommend going to Jaw fixers. I had an implant come loose and they were supposed to pull it and put in a bone graft so that bone could grow back and another implant could be placed. I went in to have the procedure done and they pulled the tooth and quickly had me out of the chair in ~10 minutes. I asked them if they did a bone graft and they said they did. Today, which is more than three months later, which is adequate time for the bone graft to heal and grow, I went to my dentist and they did an x-ray. It confirmed that there was very little bone there. So if they did a bone graft, it was completely inadequate. That was my concern when they had me out of the chair so quickly. In addition, they charged me over $2500 for the procedure. I do not recommend going to Jaw fixers. The staff was friendly though and nice, and everybody was cordial. Thank you

Excellent service from start to finish. Dr. Ricketson and Glenda are fantastic—they made me feel comfortable and welcome right away. Glenda’s upbeat attitude completely calmed my nerves. I truly appreciate the great care I received!

Having all four wisdom teeth removed was something I was really nervous about, but from the moment I walked in, I felt supported and cared for. Dr. Ventura was incredible; so patient, calm, and reassuring. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, sharing all my options in a way that truly made the decision easier. That level of transparency and care meant so much to me. I can’t say enough about Nurse Glenda. Her warmth, compassion, and gentle care helped ease my anxiety in ways I didn’t expect. She checked on me constantly and made sure I felt safe and heard throughout the entire process. I also want to sincerely thank Edna for her help with my out-of-pocket expenses. Even with insurance breakdowns, she was patient, compassionate, and incredibly helpful walking me through everything and making a stressful situation feel manageable. That kind of support truly matters. I’m genuinely grateful for this team. They turned what could’ve been a scary experience into one filled with kindness and professionalism. Thank you for taking such great care of me! I highly recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery.
