The staff and Dr. Kim are great. I mistakenly showed up at the Green Lake instead of the Shoreline office and the staff calmly redirected me and advised the correct location that I would be a little late. Dr. Kim was unconcerned and handled the extraction gently and kept checking in to make sure I wasn’t in pain. A tooth extraction is never fun, but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My daughter had four wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Kim was great and his staff were very communicative and transparent. The recovery process has gone well for my daughter and we appreciate the detailed instructions on aftercare. We would recommend Dr. Kim to others needing oral surgery.

This is the best oral surgery practice I’ve experienced. The office is clean, modern, and very well maintained, and the entire staff is professional and incredibly kind. I had a lot of anxiety about my surgery, but they took the time to ease my worries and made me feel completely comfortable. The team is highly knowledgeable and made sure I fully understood every step of the process, which helped me feel confident and informed. I especially appreciated the detailed email they sent beforehand, which included step-by-step videos explaining what to expect. Their communication was outstanding—they offer a text option to reach someone at any time, even after business hours, and they also provide a 24-hour line for post-surgery questions or concerns. Overall, the level of care and support I received was exceptional. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of oral surgery

I was pretty anxious about the procedure but Dr. Kim was thorough, careful, and provided an overall very positive experience. Post op recovery is going really well and I attribute it mostly to Dr. Kim’s excellent work and the assistant staff’s kind, caring follow up to make sure I didn’t have any questions about the post op care. You can also text them questions which is really handy when outside of their office hours. Thank you for making this a smooth and painless experience!

JAWNT staff was extremely efficient, friendly, informative and compassionate. They really focused on making my daughter as comfortable as possible with her wisdom teeth extraction surgery. One can tell that Dr.Kim does his job out of passion and true care for his patients. Its hard to find doctors like this these days. We feel very grateful to have had such a wonderful experience. Would highly reccomend JAWNT! Thank You JAWNT!!
