I just want to say that I cannot thank Dr, Russell and Dr. Mcree enough for my new smile. It has been truly life changing. From the moment I stepped into Jax implants and dentures I felt comfortable and seen. For once a dentist that actually listened to my concerns and trauma regarding my oral health/ teeth. Every appointment I was made to feel as comfortable as possible and they talked me thru every question/ concern I had. I was excited for every appointment, and I’m excited for a future with a bright/ healthy smile.

I had such a wonderful experience at Jax Implants &!Dentures! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and welcoming the entire facility was. The atmosphere immediately made me feel comfortable and cared for. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and patient, taking the time to explain every step of the process in detail. I truly appreciated their transparency and honesty, which made the whole experience stress-free and easy to trust. The location was easy to find, with plenty of parking and a convenient setup that made everything simple from start to finish. It’s clear that the entire team takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their patients. Even up to my surgery every moment felt well thought out and executed with the patients well-being and comfort in mind. If you’re looking for quality care, professionalism, and a team that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Jax Implants and Dentures!

This was my first visit to Jax Dental Implant in Jacksonville, Florida, and I was referred to this practice. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional and welcoming. During my initial appointment, a 3D X-ray was completed, and the treatment plan and expectations were explained clearly and thoroughly. The entire process was seamless. I was especially impressed by the level of care and attention to detail, particularly since this was not my first dental implant experience. The dentists and dental assistant were attentive and efficient, and the procedure was completed without any discomfort. I truly appreciate the high standard of care I received.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office and couldn’t be more impressed. I was referred by a friend and, honestly, felt a bit nervous going into the appointment — but that feeling disappeared quickly. The staff made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to walk me through the process, answering questions and making sure I understood everything before moving forward. That level of care and attention really stood out. The pricing was very fair and more reasonable than I expected, especially compared to other offices I had looked into. From the office environment to the professionalism of the team, everything felt thoughtful and well run. I would absolutely recommend this practice to friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.
