Wonderful experience as a new patient. Everyone was caring, professional and friendly. My teeth really got a thorough cleaning. Jay gave a summary of problem areas/recommendations. I chose Jay's practice because of his impressive bio: graduated UCLA and has given a substantial amount of time pro bono in connection with establishing the Palm Springs Desert Aids Project, a facility/program vital to our community.

I had an excellent experience at Dr. Jay Jorgenson’s office today. Every person I interacted with was attentive, kind, and genuinely focused on my dental care. After a recent visit to another dental office where I felt pressured into unnecessary treatments, it was a relief to find a team that prioritized my needs rather than an upsell. The entire experience felt personal, professional, and truly patient-centered. I’m grateful to have found a dental office I can trust.

I am very happy with Dr. Jorgensen and his team. Today I went in to see Kari for a cleaning. As usual she was great and very gentle and very careful. She recommended a special whitening OTC toothpaste last time and I have been using it with great results!!

The overall experience at Jay Jorgensen's office was very positive and beyond expectations. The facility was welcoming and very clean. The staff was remarkable and Dr. Jorgensen is an outstanding dentist, very knowledgeable, caring and has an awesome sense of humor. The absolute best dentist that I have ever gone to. as well as just a nice person.

I’ve received excellent care From Dr. Jorgensen and his team. They go above and beyond to provide friendly, professional service and their office is comfortable and ran in a way that a calm environment is maintained. A special mention to Sally and Debbie who are consummate professionals with scheduling and insurance billing; this is really difficult work and they get it done with a smile and a care for the patient that is rare. Thank you to the entire office!
