Absolutely atrocious service from the front office. My mother is a previous patient at the office and needed an extraction. The office was very unprofessional when I asked the rationale for a sedation. “There are plenty of other offices in Bay City”, “we don’t have time to wait for you all day” we’re just some of the phrases used.
My wife is a dentist a couple of hours away, and when I told her how they were treating my mother, she was absolutely appalled at the service. Nobody should ever succumb to an incompetent office staff with a lack of empathy for their patient pool.

I went to this practice because I was experiencing graet pain from a tooth fragment that was left in my gum by Dr. Stuart 10 years previous. It had happened before, I knew what it was and could feel it with my tongue. The tech took full xrays. Dr. James examined me. He told me it was not a fragment, he said I had TMJ, he wanted to fit me with a series of jumped up mouth guards, then put me in braces to the tune of about $6000.00.
Left his office, went to another dentist same day. Dentist looked in my mouth (no xray) and says "Yup, tooth fragment. I can see it protruding from the gum." This dentist is an ill tempered charlatan. I would steer clear.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and help take away some of the fear of going to the dentist. I would recommend them to anyone needing to see a dentist
