I’ve used Dr. Jeff since the early 2000s. He has always been friendly and professional, offering me honest advice. Even though I am only in there a few times a year, he remembers details about me that make me know he sees his patients as people not numbers. His staff is friendly and professional.

I would say Dr. Jeff Hancock is one of the best dentist around. He made sure I was comfortable at all times and his work I am pretty impressed with. His assistant, Crystal, is also amazing. Both were attentive, reassuring, and patient. The front desk staff are friendly and greet you with a smile. Very clean environment, seemed to have everything in order. Could not recommend enough! The entire staff all deserve 10 + stars!

Hygienist, Jan, got me in and out within an hr on my lunch break. Also, got me scheduled in the next week or so to fix my issue and scheduled my 6 month check up too. Office staff is always super friendly and helpful when scheduling or I have new insurance card. Dr Hancock is super friendly as well and will always do what's best for his patients. Highly recommend them as a dentist office

Love LOVE this Dentist. Staff has always been overly nice and accommodating, Jeff Hancock came highly recommended to me by several friends when I was complaining about my horrible dentist in another town. He fixed the work of the bad dentist (fillings fall out) and it has held for several years now (other dentist filled 9 times in 3 years). And the hygienist that cleaned my teeth also did a better job than my old dentist office. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hancock has been my dentist for about a decade. Finding an excellent dentist is difficult, and I feel so fortunate to have found him. He explains each thing he is doing in detail, always presents every option available to you, and is painless. His staff is so friendly and capable, and takes the time to get to know each patient. Going is like visiting friends. I cannot recommend Dr. Hancock highly enough. Look no further if you are searching for the best dentist in Nacogdoches. Even if you live in Lufkin, it is worth the drive.
