I recently had Dr. Liu perform a tooth extraction, a bone graft at the extraction site, and a bone graft to repair dehiscence on another implant. I am so grateful that my general dentist referred me to Dr. Liu — she has exceeded all my expectations.
Dr. Liu is an exceptional oral surgeon. Her numbing technique is outstanding — I barely felt anything. Her suturing is precise and beautiful, and her bone grafting skills are truly impressive. What could have been stressful and uncomfortable felt surprisingly easy, almost like a piece of cake, because of her skill and gentle approach.
Beyond her technical excellence, Dr. Liu is incredibly calm, caring, and considerate. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable. Her bedside manner immediately put me at ease.
I also want to mention that her entire team works like a close-knit family. Everyone was warm, coordinated, professional, and genuinely caring — it made the whole experience feel supportive and comforting.
I am so grateful to have found Dr. Liu. She is not only highly skilled but also a truly compassionate doctor. I highly recommend her to anyone needing oral surgery or dental implants. She is hands-down one of the best surgeons I’ve ever been to.

Dr. Liu’s practice is one of a kind! It was my first time seeing her (as I moved from the East Bay recently) and it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. Her staff is so kind and attentive as well as the Dr. she’s extremely knowledgeable and provided so much ease and comfort with everything. Over the years, I have developed anxiety with dental procedures but I felt safe and comfortable in their hands. I didn’t want to leave, I felt like to procedure was done quickly but I was having a good time. Lol
The evening after my procedure, the Dr. even called me to check in. Such a nice personal touch. Thank you Dr. Lui and the team for everything!

Thank you Doctor Liu for a great implant experience. This is my first one, and the doctor & staff explained the procedure from start to finish. This was a huge decision to have this done, however after talking to the doctor, and the great staff, there was no question that Dr. Liu was going to perform this surgery. This was a week ago, I am now in the healing process, all is going well. I highly recommend this office. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Jenifer Liu was so amazing. She took time to explain my procedures in great detail. It made me at ease and feel comfortable with my oral surgery. She even called me after my procedure to check in to see how I was doing and if I need anything or if I had any questions. I would HIGHLY recommend her to everyone and I will definitely be back for anything I need to have done. Five star dentist!! Thank you so very much!!

Dr. Jennifer Liu not only patiently explained my teeth problems and advised what procedures best for my dental health, but also got my wisdom teeth extracted comfortably and fast. I used to scared of visiting dental office since childhood but now with her I feel like she care about my health like my mom, she is sweet and warm, I have less anxiety in her office. From the front desk lady to the staff assisted me in the room, I was all well taken care of. There are designated parking near back door of the office so I can access to my car right after surgery. This office is clean, spacious and has privacy inside the room.

Meet the Doctors
Dr. Jennifer J. Liu, DDS, MD, is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and leads the practice. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Ohio State University, her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan, and her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Florida College of Medicine, where she also completed a general surgery internship and her residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery with anesthesiology training. She holds an active California medical license, maintains hospital privileges at Valley Care Medical Center in Pleasanton and Contra Costa Medical Center in Martinez, and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Trauma Life Support. Her professional memberships include the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, the Academy of Osseointegration, the California Dental Association, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Liu is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese.
