Dr. Tsai and her staff are very welcoming and kind! They listen to your concerns and are incredibly thorough. Dr. Tsai takes the time to explain what will happen at each appointment and is very transparent about how to get your oral hygiene where it needs to be! So glad I found her office.

Dr. Tsai reviewed my teeth one by one. We made a complete and thorough plan. Super appreciate her explaining every step and she addressed all my concern, her concerns and then asked if I had any other concerns with my teeth. Super professional and even talked about oral hygiene… I guess I’m an aggressive brusher :) who knew? She’s fabulous and her front desk is very friendly!

Jenny is a vulture. She does not care about your teeth or mouth health, she will only pretend to. I went in for a procedure and she did a complete half job on it. I believe she is tired of doing what she does, and now sees people as numbers for her. I had to go to another dentist that actually cared about what they were doing in order to fix the simple issue I had. I have even gone for several normal clean ups and she will rapidly dismiss you and on top of that will try to upsell you her toothbrushes and toothpaste. Her clerk, Irene, has taken the same persona and is just after the insurance pay. If you care about your dental health, I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

I have been going to Dr. Jennifer for a while already, and beside been very proffecional, with knowledgeable, she's a very kind person. I do recommend her, excellent Dentints.
