Our experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive to my son's special needs and greeted us with warm smiles. The check-in process was quick and efficient, making the visit stress-free.
The dentist provided exceptional care, taking the time to clearly explain the recommended treatment for my son's current condition. The dental hygienist was patient, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable throughout his teeth cleaning. We truly appreciated the compassion, professionalism, and outstanding care the entire team provided.

Well getting in for an appointment within a few days of my call was refreshing. To leave with the information and a plan how to move forward was a relief. My situation requires steps and decisions to be made. I'm always anxious beforehand but the dentist took his time to fully explained my situation. I had 2 nights to think it through and Monday I get started. So just know you're in good hands. The dentist was confident and clear. So thanks!

The staff at Jersey Dental has gone above and beyond to be as helpful as possible in regards to my kids dental needs. They were so supportive dealing with her anxiety over the numbing needles too. It's hard to find a dentist both the kid and parent can agree on and love but they have done it here and I couldn't be more thankful!

Wish I could give a 0 or negative stars. Biggest warning is do not go here for any root canals with their Endodonist, they don’t have the a CBCT to do their work. Just go to a real Endodonist place that specializes in only that. Moreover, they violated HIPAA and when reported about it they dismissed me as a patient. If that doesn’t tell you the values they stand for I don’t know what will. Additionally, they have failed to help me transfer my records to my new dentist which is actually illegal too. They don’t pickup the phone because they flag my number and nobody answers the texts. Not to mention, the wait times used to be so long I would be early for my appt but they would have you wait 30+ mins no value for anybody’s time. Front desk staff was very rude to me my whole time there and very demanding and didn’t try to solve my problems at all. Please do not go here, go to the Southern Medical Center in Burlington if you need someone else close by.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I spent 25 years as a dentistry tech for veterinary patients and I can tell you I've treated pets teeth with way more care.
Got several calls to verify my insurance after emailing it to them twice. 40 minute wait for my 830am appointment. Was told several times that they were shorthanded on staffing. Old style dental rads taken at a dental chair that was taped together with packing tape. A man who never introduced himself to me just sat behind my head and handed me a pair of dirty sunglasses as an eye shield and proceeded to roughly hand scale my entire cleaning instead of using an ultrasonic scaler. I overheard as he walked away and said to someone that the chairside unit I was seated at had no scaler power or water to it. I asked the next person about that and if that was why I got a total cleaning with hand tools and she said , "yah probably", then gave me a crappy polish, a cup of water to rinse since she couldn't spray it clean with the busted equipment and fluoride treatment. I was not happy with the front office person and they did not care. Find another dental place, this is not a good standard of care.
