The practice focuses on tooth replacement solutions, including single dental implants, multiple implant restorations, and All-on-4 full arch treatment for patients who are missing some or all of their teeth. Patients in the Centennial Hills area also have access to related services such as wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting, and tooth extraction, with in-office anesthesia available for surgical comfort.

Dr. Falk grew up in Calgary, Alberta before moving to Las Vegas, where he completed his undergraduate degree in biology and his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine. He then completed a four year residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Loyola University Medical Center and Hines Veterans Administration Hospital in Chicago, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Falk is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is licensed to administer general anesthesia in the office, and he works alongside the surgical team at Canyon Oral & Facial Surgery to help patients considering dental implants feel informed and comfortable throughout treatment.

He earned his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine. He completed a four year oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Loyola University Medical Center and Hines Veterans Administration Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, serving as chief resident, and he is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
