1st time I’ve ever been to this place & I had an abscess, they called me several times to check on me after I left. Even several days later. This is absolutely my new dentist. You don’t find doctors/dentist that care anymore. These are an amazing group! Absolutely loved them!!

I can’t complain about the services I’ve received for myself and our kids. I read reviews in advance and saw they were somewhat negative. I’m like I’ll give the dentist a try. Everything was fine and so very close to home. The problems started over insurance. I have GEHA medical, GEHA dental separately and our adopted twins have Medicaid. There were issues with billing and getting them paid due to overlapping insurances and which pays. I get that and I called my GEHA and sorted it out. I even emailed the office and explained. The very day Woodrow Wilson had a potential active shooter threat we were trying to locate our son’s status. All that was going on then I got a call from the dentist office again about the billing. I explained my insurance appeared to had what they needed. THEN, Jill Shumate gets on the phone and threatens to take me to court. I tried to explain but she kept interrupting and rude. I then mentioned we were trying to find out our son’s condition, in light of the active shooter threat, and she basically told me she’s not worried about it. I’m not exaggerating. I proceeded to tell her she doesn’t talk to me “like that” and hung the phone up on her after I called her what she was being to me. She was RUDE and it was uncalled for. I’ve not heard a word since or even an email. I have really good insurance coverages and the services were basic cleanings and a couple or so fillings which are preventative services. So I found out for myself why she gets poor reviews.

This place doesn't even deserve a ONE star but its the lowest I could give. I have a family of 5, 3 of us were to be seen today for the first time at this office. They went to take my 5 year old back & they wouldn't allow me to go back with him. They said with elementary children they don't like the parents back while they're getting work done. My question is WHY?!?!? I am my childs protector & he's comfortable telling me if something is bothering him vs a dr he doesn't know nor feel comfortable with. I told them I wasn't comfortable with this and the DENTIST, JILL, very rudely said well that's just our policy, I told her I understood the policy & I wasn't comfortable with it so we weren't going to be seen there today. I said what if something is hurting him, hes not going to tell you, to which she replied "Its just a cleaning" & "that's a big chunk of my schedule" I DO NOT CARE ABOUT HER SCHEDULE!!! MY CHILD IS MY CONCERN NOT HER PAYCHECK. I'm very glad we dodged that bullet & chose not to deal with such a rude DR. No wonder she had the availability open to take on 3 new patients. She needs to go to a class and learn how to talk to people or deal with the public. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. The location is terrible, parking is terrible and the dentist is BEYOND terrible! I don't know how she is still practicing after reading all the reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

My little boy has been going here for 2 years, today was his 4th visit with them, I had made it known from the get go that he is autistic. Any time he went he was good and never had an issue, this time his dad comes out with him and says they agitated my son to the point of a meltdown and all the dentist had to say was "What teeth I see are good, but I can't handle the screaming". Sorry that my special needs child inconvenienced you, trust that we won't be back.

She kicked my whole family out of her practice. Such as my mom ,oldest brother, little brother ,step dad, daughter and me. Although only my daughter, little brother ,and i were being seen. We always rescheduled if we could not make it to an appointment. That’s no reason to kick all of my family out of her practice because things happen. I think it’s quite rude and questionable to me . I would not recommend going here at all you could loose your spot anyday.
