After my longtime dentist retired, I switched to Dr. Joel Lane Smith, DDS, on the recommendation of Sharon Ackerman, a longtime friend and Dr. Smith’s treatment coordinator. I had my first appointment yesterday and it was a wonderful experience! The entire staff was welcoming and professional. Kellie, the dental hygienist, did an amazing job with my cleaning — gentle, thorough, and very personable. Dr. Smith was equally professional and kind, taking the time to explain everything and make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental or oral surgical care! Definitely give 10 out of 10!

Great first time experience. Office Staff is great. Dr. Smith explained everything in great detail. He made us feel very comfortable discussing our plan. He listened to our concerns. We were in and out in a timely manner. Office was very inviting and clean. Absolutely would recommend him to everyone.

I had such a great first experience here! The office was able to get me in quickly, and the environment inside is very welcoming. Kellie did my cleaning and was wonderful — she gave me many helpful tips on how to better maintain my teeth, and she was personable and easy to talk to. Dr. Joel was also pleasant and made our conversation relatable and comfortable. After just one visit, I’ve already recommended this practice to two people. Highly impressed and glad I was referred to try them!

Dr. Smith and his staff are truly the best. I’ve always been a little anxious about the dentist, but from day one, they’ve made me feel completely at ease! They’re not just great at what they do, they genuinely care. I’ve adopted them as family at this point! Highly, highly recommend!
