Dr. Remien was excellent. He is skilled at what he does. I was very impressed that he actually called me the night after the procedure to check how things were going. While no one really wants to have a gum graft, if you need one, I highly recommend Dr. Remien and his team.

I feel beyond blessed to have found Dr.Remien and his incredibly great and friendly staff!!!!! Being new to Montana finding someone i can trust is a bit tricky-- guess what??? From the moment i walked in and met Dr.Remien i knew i found a fantastic team! Yes yes yes i absolutely recommend Dr.Remien !!!

I was referred by my dentist for a gum graft - sounds scary, right? NO - Dr. Remien and his team were reassuring, highly professional, super organizing and calm (when I was not feeling so). Great pre- and post-care. I highly recommend him and his team!

I was needlessly anxious going into yesterday’s bone graft surgery, and the proof of the expertise of Dr. Remien and his staff is how well I feel less than 24 hours later: slept well, tolerable pain, little swelling or bleeding…just excellent! Only one other time - over 50 years ago - did a dentist call to check on me the night of a procedure, so last night’s call from Dr. R was a total gift. I can’t recommend him enough, and we are lucky to have him nearby!

On the plus side, staff greeted patient in a friendly manner and used patient time in a respectful manner. Dr. Remien seemed somewhat open to offering the patient to collaborate in patient care decisions and offered patient education. Dr. Remien verbally proposed a Treatment Plan which he excused himself to write and promised I would leave with treatment plan in hand, in reality he dictated the treatment plan, it is not accessible for days, and I was presented with codes and proposed surgery costs. When asked about the treatment plan, I was presented a letter stating it was attached, though what he verbally proposed was Not attached nor anything else that resembled our conversation. I felt that the provider purposefully deceived me, that verbalized treatment plan for a second opinion was not forthcoming and front office women mostly concerned about payment now and in the future. This office does not accept dental insurance yet claim to process insurance once all required information provided by patient. Highly unprofessional atmosphere. Would not recommend!
