Dr. Qualls and his staff are truly the best. They tell you step by step what they will be doing and take pride in the quality of their work. From the moment you step in the doors, you will feel safe and comfortable in their hands. Will always recommend this team!

Johnson City Smiles always takes good care of me and my dental needs. Appointments are always easy to schedule. My dental hygienist is the best in my opinion. The dentists are always professional and pleasant to deal with. If you’re looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend Johnson City Smiles.

I've been going to Johnson City Smiles for several years now. The staff members/ employees are always welcoming and friendly. The doctors are very knowledgeable and reassuring about their procedures and care. The office is very clean and nicely decorated. Love going to this dentist and the anxiety associated with dental procedures and treatment is virtually non existent. I give them a 10 out of 10 where 10 is the highest score.

I started going to Johnson City Smiles in 2024 as an emergency visit. Dr. Damron is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to save an upper molar from needing a root canal as the tooth decay was pretty advanced. He did an excellent job and explained what he was doing every step of the way. My hygienist Kim Richardson is also wonderful, she listens to all of your concerns and works with you very well. She's thorough and gentle with the cleanings and makes sure it's done properly before you leave your chair. All the secretaries at the front desk have also been very professional and polite. I love how Dr. Damron has made sure to set up the waiting room to make you as comfortable as possible with relaxing music and refreshments. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an experienced, trustworthy dentist, as it can be quite difficult to find the right one.

I love Johnson City Smiles! They are so friendly, they do a great job, they ask questions and listen to your concerns or questions. They truly care about your teeth and oral care. I have went for cleanings, fillings, and even a broke tooth...they take care of me everytime. I also love the facility itself, it is always so nice and clean. They even have a coffee and water station while you wait. If you are looking for a dentist, I would definitely check out Johnson City Smiles.
