I had an amazing experience at Johnson Family Dental in Paso this past Friday. My permanent retainer was popping off and getting quite uncomfortable. I needed an emergency appointment and they were able to get me in almost immediately. They listened to me and my worries, and were able to temporarily fix it. I’m so grateful for them and would 100% recommend!!

Everyone did their job well. Office was clean and the staff were accommodating. Dr. Willis was very thorough reviewing my X-rays also discussing my office exam. I would recommend this office

Linda was by far the kindest, sweetest and outgoing person to ever look at my teeth. Funny and personable and all around fun to be around….and I hate going to the dentist. She even gave me an awesome music recommendation!

I came in as a new patient for an initial appointment, I even showed up early after completing my initial paperwork online. Staff at the front desk couldn't figure out how to run a credit card for a sur-charge and spent 20+ minutes on the phone with another staff member at a different branch that ended up hanging up on them cause staff couldn't comprehend how to run a credit card?? Due to this I ended up sitting in the lobby for approximately 40 + minutes without a word from the front desk or dentist staff. I wanted to switch my dentistry to be local, but the communication with from the front desk to their clients on the day of my visit was disappointing .... Prior to this scheduled appointment a week prior the Front desk staff, they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and friendly, I have no idea what happened this day...
