Dr jones and his dental assistant Amanda are amazing! Both times I’ve come in, they immediately took special care and never made me wait a long time to get the work I’ve needed done. My tooth became lose and they immediately fixed it, just a few hours later and I have no pain anymore. They are very competent, understanding and are so attentive and do great work. Everytime I’ve called them I’m seen within 2 days. Amazing for Humboldt dentistry!

Dr. Jones has been our family dentist for over 35 years. He is a wonderful top-notch dentist. I have had many, many problems with my teeth and he has solved them all with skill and expertise. His chairside manner is warm and engaging, and he is very gentle and compassionate. His staff is equally as wonderful and skilled. They are are very professional yet warm and engaging. A truly great combination. I'm not sure who the woman from other previous review is, but I think she's gotten her dental offices and staff mixed up. Amanda has worked on my teeth more times than I can even remember. She is always very professional and skilled yet warm and personable. NEVER have I noticed even a hint of the behavior referred to in the previous review. I think someone has played a very sick joke using the public forum--which is SO NOT OK--and COMPLETELY UNTRUTHFUL! The people here do not pay attention to what their doing. When I was getting work done on my teeth the two women were constantly talking to each other and not focusing on what they were doing. They were just going through the motions and not fully focusing on my teeth. It was very uncomfortable. Also I had a cleaning and the man was scraping so hard on my teeth. I had a decay like hole and he was not paying attention or fully focusing on what he was doing he hit the hole so hard it hurt I immediately jumped up out of the pain from the sharp tool scraping into my decayed hole on my tooth. Ouch!!!! They all need to be more focused on the work they are doing!

This dentist caused my daughters teeth to bleed and for her to be in pain months after her minor cavity procedure with him; I looked in her mouth and the top layer of her tooth is gone and bleeding. The customer service is poor and they leave you alone and waiting in the dental room and make you leave unwashed fluoride treatment in your mouth for excessive amounts of time while they double book and attend to another patient. It takes over 6 months to book an appointment with them. This dentist really needs to retrain himself on how to perform minor cavity procedures so he can help society rather than hurting it.

Russ (Dr Jones) and Erica (Dr Hindbaugh) are both in their own ways outstanding dentists. Having experienced bad dentistry in the US and overseas, I can say that teeth are just too important to be entrusted to the random dentist. And best dental cleaning this side of the Pecos River!
