Dr. Alexis Kelbaugh is the sweetest, most gentle dentist that’s ever cared for my teeth. She is very knowledgeable, careful, and conscientious. My daughter and I both felt so at ease while in her chair. We’ve finally found our forever dentist!

This place's dentist is awful. I went in for a filling pain, waited 2 months, was told it wasn't a filling hurting but they would do both extraction filling, came in for the appointment, was told it was a cleaning appointment, started the cleaning, they said they didn't have time, wait in for my next appointment, got the tooth pulled but not the filling, filling still hurt, got a new appointment, was told it was for teeth on the other side, I clarified it was a filling, was told the filling was fine but the tooth behind it needed pulled, I insisted it was the filling, he became irate and wasted 30 minutes telling me about his 30 years experience, relented, gave me a shot, it was extremely sensitive to cold still, he said we're 50 minutes into an hour appointment, let's reschedule. I just laughed. He said see you then, I said no. He's rude and angry but trying really hard not to be. I tried again, different dentist. I hate this place. Being in pain doesn't matter to anyone, you must be a junkie, why else would anyone need pain relief.

My experience with the dental department was a grave disappointment. The dentist was incompetent. The service rendered was well below par. The bridge produced was junk and could not be used. There was no replacement or refund offered. I wasted my time and several hundred dollars during this association. Shooting yourself in the foot might be less painful than dealing with this establishment!

Laziest dentists ever. Dr Alexis Kelbaugh and Dr Rance Davis will look for any excuse to not treat you they can find. Removing a broken tooth should not require three round trips of me getting sent home without treatment. And the one time they actually did treat me, removing a different broken tooth, Dr Rance Davis failed to send my prescription for painkillers to the pharmacy. Luckily it healed quickly and wasn’t too painful.

Today was my first dental visit with them and I am so happy! The receptionists are super friendly, and all the dental techs and the dentist were all so kind and easy to talk to. I haven’t been to the dentist in a very long time, so I was nervous lol. But everyone made it a quick and easy process. Thank you all so much!
