I don’t typically leave reviews but, I called Joy Dentistry for an exam to check my two molars in which the fillings have fallen out. I haven’t been to the dentist in over 10 years and they got me in the next day as a new patient. My appointment was at 1 and I was out of there with two new fillings in 30 minutes. Everyone I had interaction with were extremely friendly and professional. They were also aware that I had no insurance and were conscientious of that and were up front with pricing throughout the whole process. While I was checking out, the women at the front desk were very helpful in giving me information on insurance options for me to check out. Absolutely pleasant experience and would recommend to anyone!

My hygienist, I think her name is Stacy, is amazing. I went in there after going my whole life never going to the dentist because of dental anxiety over tooth pain I've always had, and she calmed me down so fast. She was very non judgemental and explained every step of the process, even showing me videos so I knew what she was doing before she did it. She even offered to numb my gums for me to help me relax while she was doing measurements and didn't make me feel bad for accepting it. I'm so happy I started going here! My seven year old also had his first dentist appointment with Jen and she was just as amazing! She made him feel so comfortable and he said he had so much fun with her. Ive already been recommending everybody to come here.

I have found everyone there to be incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. For years, I struggled with a real fear of going to the dentist, but for the first time in a very long time, I’m actually starting to feel comfortable during my visits. They are gentle, patient, and very considerate, and each appointment has gotten a little easier because of the care they show. I would highly recommend this office to anyone, especially those who feel nervous or anxious about dental visits. They truly go out of their way to make patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Stacey is an AMAZING hygienist. All staff here have been compassionate and caring. I needed a procedure done that my insurance doesn’t cover and Stacey looked into it for me and found me several solutions so I didn’t have to pay thousands of dollars. Over all great dental office!

Always pleasant and clean. Absolutely the best staff. Love my dental hygienist Jen! I have always had high anxiety going to the dentist whether it be a cleaning or other work. They all have been wonderful with making me feel comfortable. Thank you!
