Every once in a while, you meet people who restore your faith in humanity. They remind you that genuine kindness still exists. I rarely post about my medical experiences because I understand that every individual and every situation is different. However, I can't let this experience go without recognizing Dr. Michael Juban and his assistant, Melina. Thank you both for the exceptional care you gave me while I was experiencing an unbearable amount of pain. Thank you for believing me, listening to me, and never making me feel judged when I said I was hurting. We often hear heartbreaking stories about negative experiences in healthcare, but people don't always take the time to acknowledge the outstanding ones. Dr. Juban and Melina treated me with genuine compassion, empathy, and respect. They cared for me not just as a patient, but as one human being caring for another. Your kindness, professionalism, and support made an incredibly difficult experience much more bearable. Thank you for the exceptional care you provide and for reminding me that there are truly remarkable people in healthcare.

If I could give Juban-Cowan Dental more than five stars, I absolutely would. I have a paralyzing fear of the dentist, and from the moment I walked through the door, the entire team treated me with incredible compassion, kindness, and understanding. They never made me feel embarrassed or rushed. Instead, they were patient, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything while making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Their genuine empathy turned what I expected to be a terrifying experience into one where I actually felt safe and cared for. The professionalism, skill, and bedside manner of everyone at Juban-Cowan Dental are truly exceptional. If you’ve ever avoided the dentist because of anxiety or fear, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have completely changed the way I feel about dental care, and I am so grateful for the outstanding treatment and compassion they showed me.

The staff at Juban Cowen Dental were so kind and knowledgeable. They made sure to recognize my anxiety and were so sensitive to my needs. They gave me all of my options and answered every question I had. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for the best experience in their dental care.

Dr. Juban and his staff were incredible! My infant had a tongue tie that desperately needed to be clipped. His nurse Anna was exceptional as well and explained everything thoroughly. They got us in quickly and did the procedure the same day. I felt completely comfortable in their care and would recommend them to anyone.

I've been coming to Juban Cowen Dental Care for many years. I've recommended several friends and family members. I've even driven over an hour each way for years just because I trusted them so much that I didn't want to find a new dentist after I moved. However, I will no longer be recommending their services. I received a bill 6 months from my last appointment for almost $500, not including the $300 I paid at the time of service. After calling and asking for clarification about this outrageous bill, I was simultaneously told that they have no way of knowing what the actual cost will be and reiterating that in the office is "Just an estimate" while also, in the same breath, saying that they know my insurance provider usually "Underpays". Are they underpaying or are they overcharging? My husband has never had this issue with the three different dentists he has visited with the exact same insurance. And why wasn't I alerted that they have had issues with this dental insurance in the past? All in all, this has left a very bad taste in my mouth.
