They were wonderful. I had Terri as a hygienist. She did a great job. They went above and beyond to make this as comfortable for me as possible. She had someone help her with the x-rays and held the little spacer things in my mouth so it wasn’t as uncomfortable as it normally is. She also got me a blanket. Highly highly recommend this place. Much better than Aspen.

I scheduled a cleaning. I will say that they were able to get me in fast and I traveled pretty far because they were the only office I could find to take my dental insurance.
I unfortunately do not know names, but the dental hygienist was great. When it came time for the dentist to come in, she looked in my mouth and told me I need a few fillings then left me with the dental hygienist. She never explained what needed a filling or how many. I didn’t even know she was leaving the room until she left the room. It was pretty bizarre.
The dental hygienist told me the lady who does fillings is out on maternity leave, so they booked me for April. This was back in December.
I’ve never had a cavity, never needed a filling, keep up with my oral care, and go to the dentist regularly for cleanings. I was a little skeptical of what the dentist told me. I couldn’t even see anything in my mouth that resembled a cavity.
Today, I went to a different dental office (2.5 months later) for an exam. I didn’t tell them what Jubilee told me. They told me everything looked good. I asked “I don’t have any cavities? No need for fillings?”
He said “No! Your teeth look great. Keep doing what you’re doing.”
He then showed me the x-rays and told me I have a few stains in the deep grooves of my teeth, but nothing that needs treatment.
I’m not sure where the discrepancy was. Some dentists will try to make money off of you. Some have aggressive vs. wait and see techniques when it comes to decay in the enamel. So, yeah, I’m not sure which one it is with Jubilee, but I would’ve at least appreciated an explanation of what they were referring to or seeing.
Once you drill into teeth, the structural integrity is compromised, so that’s a pretty serious topic to graze over.
If you feel like something doesn’t add up, get a 2nd opinion.
