We had a great experience today! Dr.Mardonado and assistant Yeseria provided excellent care for my child. They were kind and caring and made the appointment go smooth.

The front office to the back office was great! The 2 checkout ladies were so kind and funny. My son was getting treatment on a Friday close to closing time and I could tell they were tired and ready to go but they still talked with me and were so kind🫶🏼 the Dr was very caring and understanding with my son. The assistant were great as well. I appreciate everything their team did for my son. They made it a great experience for him and I couldn’t appreciate that more. 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🖤

It was my first time here because I recently moved to the area. To start off I was there early. I got there at 10:40 and my appointment was at 11. As soon as I walk in and get to the front desk, the older Hispanic lady Didn’t even greet me. I just told her my name And what time my appointment was. She asked me if I had Medicaid I said yes. And I am pregnant. Keep in mind, I filled out all the paperwork beforehand. She then proceeded to tell me that I’m going to need medical clearance sent to her before they can pass me back . I was never notified that I was going to need it. I am a dentist, assistant, myself, and All of the doctors I worked with will still see you without the medical clearance unless you need work done. So now that makes me technically not ready for my appointment because now I have to get medical clearance over the phone. I didn’t tell them that I do not want a full FMX and pano done. She said she has to do it, but that is not true. They just want to charge the insurance which is fine.. But I am Like I’ll just wait until I get to the back to ask the dental assistant and the doctor. Once they call my name for me to go back there, the dental assistant doesn’t introduce herself, so I was confused on who she was. She then sit me down to take some x-rays and ask her what x-rays we’re gonna take. She’s like I don’t know I’ll have to see. And I’m like how do you not know are you taking 4 bite wings AND 2 Incisor or a full FMX. She didn’t proceeds to tell me that she doesn’t know, but I looked at her name tag and said she had experienced since 2022 and it did not seem like it. It didn’t catch her name though. She walked away a couple times without telling me how long I was gonna be waiting or what was gonna happen I had to pee so I just got up and left to use the bathroom when I come back she says that we’re gonna go do the pano and I’m like I’m not doing the pano she proceeds to tell me that every pregnant lady does the pano and I’m like no. I have never done a pano on a pregnant lady unless she was in PAIN. Hygienist were nice and friendly. After my cleaning is done the front desk lady ask me if I was gonna get my fillings redone here I was like no thank you I think I’m gonna go somewhere else for those. She then says that im set to go. She didn’t even ask me if I wanted to at least reschedule my next cleaning with themAnd she doesn’t say bye have a good day or anything just said ok. I later get an email saying that I have an appointment for August and I literally didnt even set that appointment and can’t even go in August because I’m giving birth or will be postpartum. They were pretty busy And I know how that is sometimes especially because my appointment was pushed back because of the medical clearance. I don’t really care about how long I was there because I didn’t really have anywhere to be. I was just upset on how they treated me at the beginning. I got a headache The whole day After that situation. I was there from 10:40am to around 12:45pm only got a cleaning done. I’m glad I ate before, being pregnant I would’ve left before then if I didn’t. I have an uncle who’s a dentist 6 hours away and mom who’s a retired hygienist. I could’ve just driven the 6 hours there and back but I didn’t because of the pregnancy I have to pee every 30 minutes and if I could just get it done here why not. But after this I would never come back. Hope this helps!! I know another place close to me in Sherman now I haven’t tried it i don’t even care we have to pay out of pocket for this one. but it already seems better than this , my husband needs a cleaning too.

Jubilee Dental is absolutely amazing! My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist because the entire staff is so kind, patient, and welcoming. They always take the time to explain everything in a way that makes my kids feel comfortable and confident. The office is clean, organized, and has such a friendly atmosphere. I’m so grateful to have a dental team that truly cares about their patients. Highly recommend Jubilee Dental! RoseAnna is absolutely amazing!! She’s the best multitasker, from English to Spanish she does it all! These Ladies at the Sherman office definitely need a raise for all they do!

Had an appointment for an emergency dental visit. Snow storm had moved in and the appointment was cancelled; received both a text and email notifying me of the cancellation with a call to reschedule. Drove two hours one way for the appointment for them to be closed with no notice on email, text or call. Called the number they give to be told “sorry nothing we can do about it” and was hung up on. Will not be using again.
