Today was a consultation, but a very thorough, impressive consult.I was full of anxiety. Everyone from the front desk, to Dr. Schmidt, to tech gals, to arranging financing and scheduling, were so nice and informative.They took the time to get to know me and ease my fears, concerns, goals. You don't get that kind of treatment just anywhere these days. Wishing I would've found them sooner! Excited to begin this journey with such a GREAT team!!

Hi there, If you're anything like I used to be, the mere thought of a dental appointment might send a shiver down your spine. I had such a profoundly negative experience in the past that visiting the dentist became something I dreaded with all my heart. But let me tell you, my entire perspective has been flipped upside down thanks to Dr. Schmidt and his absolutely incredible team! Honestly, I now genuinely look forward to my appointments with them. Can you believe it? It’s hard to even find the words to express just how wonderful they are. Calling them a "team" almost feels insufficient because they've become so much more to me than just dental professionals. They genuinely welcome you into their fold, treating you like family and making you feel like cherished friends. From Dr. Schmidt himself, whose talent and precision are simply awe-inspiring, to Nicole, Emily, Kenya and Lexi. Each person brings such warmth, professionalism, and genuine care to every interaction. They are all incredibly kind, understanding, and possess an amazing amount of patience, especially when you have questions or concerns. They truly take the time to get to know you as a person, really listen to what you have to say, and make sure you feel completely comfortable. This kind of authentic, personal doctor-patient-staff relationship is such a rare gem in today's fast-paced world. And get this – they even have an on-call phone that’s answered 24/7! Seriously, who offers that level of accessibility these days? Whether it's a quick question about a concern or scheduling an urgent appointment, they consistently make time for you. It’s such a comfort to know they're always there, ready to help. Dr. Schmidt isn't just a dentist; he's a true artist and an exceptionally talented oral surgeon. The way he transforms smiles, it’s like he’s crafting a masterpiece right there in your mouth. The confidence boost and life transformation that come with his work are truly remarkable. Knowledgeable, informative, patient with someone with some dental anxiety. Dr. Schmidt and his staff are kind, take their time with you and I believe genuinely care about your experience. Overall, a great experience so far!

It was a great experience being a patient at this facility from the Doctor nurses & receptionists. And if I was to give a score of 1 to a 100 it would definitely be a 100. . Everyone was so kind and I would recommend anyone that needed dental work done have it done at Kansas. City Dental & Implants at Zona Rosa. Thanks to my Doctor & nurse for having the patience with a scared Senior Citizen. Have a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Very kind staff from the front desk, dental assistants to Dr. S. They worked hard with me to get the financials covered and accepted for a loan, which is awesome because my credit is not that great!!! They also have it set up so you can text any time with questions which is very convenient especially if you get as anxious as I do! The surgery went well the medication they gave relaxed me I do remember parts of it but I was mostly in a dream state while the procedure was going on. Another patient said she couldn’t remember anything, I’m sure everyone is different. It was nice not going under as there was no wake up time or (as I do) get prolonged sickness related to anesthesia. The immediate dentures did the job of placeholders. Something is better than nothing! I was grateful for them. It did take about 4 months to get my final set. The wait time was waiting for complete healing as well as making sure the fit is perfect. It did take a few attempts. I also have a lax jaw and under bite and he was able to get a great fit/bite and no underbite! I am super happy with my dentures. Thank you guys! You’re awesome! Highly recommend this team!
