I Spoke to the lady on the phone and I explained my situation. Their staff isn't very clear on the rules. I wasted time trying to seek help.. First person I talked to told me they could help me.So I came in this morning , and the second lady told me they couldn't because a lady told me that I could classify a single , but the other lady told me that I couldn't. It has the second lady verbatim.Am I gonna get in trouble if I classify a single\nShe told me, no, it's not a state thing. It's for their records.

I really appreciate the team for helping poor people with our dental issues and it is surely a blessing, but just because we can鈥檛 afford to see a high priced dentist don鈥檛 mean we have to accept whatever is given to us. We deserve to have partials that match the color of your natural teeth, especially when the dental assistant picks out the wrong color match. It took me quite a while to pay for this service and my end result is awful. You can absolutely see the difference and it鈥檚 embarrassing. I want to say thank you for your services and what y鈥檃ll do for the community but please do a little better for us poverty stricken people.

Another reason I value Bradley county, Tennessee!! These doctors and staff had a vision long ago to be here for this community in this capacity, a community outreach, for those in need of good dental care and medical care that wouldn鈥檛 otherwise receive it. It would be a blessing for all counties to have a service such as this wonderful, thoughtful and generous organization !!
Thank you for what you do for our community!!!

About Karis Community Health
Karis Community Health is a nonprofit dental and medical clinic in Cleveland, Tennessee, that serves low income and uninsured adults in Bradley and Polk County. Alongside general dental care, the practice offers dental implant solutions, including All-on-4 and full-arch treatment, for patients who qualify for its program.
Karis operates as part of a broader community health mission, providing care in an atmosphere the clinic describes as dignified and supportive so patients feel empowered to work toward better oral health. Because Karis serves patients based on income and residency requirements, anyone considering dental implants here should first complete the clinic's financial screening process to confirm eligibility.
