As a new patient Mellisa listened carefully and ensured I got seen by the doctor as soon as possible. This was by far the best experience scheduling an appointment to date. It even got better with the treatment, compassion and professionalism of the doctor and all the staff.

Dr. Karl and the staff are amazing. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The office is clean, welcoming, and very well run. I felt genuinely cared for, not rushed. I’m so grateful for the excellent care and would recommend this practice without hesitation.

Strongly recommend. If you need periodontal work, Dr Heinzelmann is the very best. I drive 12 hours round trip for each visit so that should tell you how much I believe in this doctor and his staff. Doctor “H” is an exceptional communicator and you’ll understand everything being done in your mouth and why. He has a professional team that runs appointments on time, handles the insurance details and treats each patient with great care and empathy.

I had my 2nd visit yesterday. Honestly after my 1st visit I thought this is not really a good place but my perspective changed after yesterday. Amazing, cozy Staff, always ready to help the Patients. Dr. Heinzelmann is cool. Lovely place. I will go back here soon to continue my treatment. Highly recommended.
