AMAZING! You feel like you are part of a family at this Dentist! I hadn't been to a dentist in a very long time, and I thought I would just stop by without an appt. and a VERY sore tooth. The receptionist was extra nice, and explained everything so well, then said that they could fit me in!! I was amazed that they treated me right away and it turned out I needed a root canal, and they even called and set me up with a local endodontist the NEXT DAY!! I was so grateful how smoothly everything went! I know now that going to a dentist is super important and I will be going to Dr. Allen.Thanks for the great care and Keeping me Smiling ;)

I have not had a dentist for several years and was a bit apprehensive about my first visit to Keep Smiling Family Dentistry. My experience, however, was highly positive and left me knowing I made the right choice for my new dentist. All the staff and Dr. Allen were so helpful and supportive. I was not made to feel rushed, and everyone gave me their full attention. I was also pleasantly surprised with the digital X-ray because it was so much easier and non-invasive, like the old way of taking them. Also, the pricing for procedures is very fair and more reasonable than most dentists charge. I highly recommend Keep Smiling Family Dentistry. Dr. Allen and his staff are not only friendly but also very efficient and knowledgeable.

I had a very positive experience this afternoon. Dr. Allen is calming and gentle. I'm a big baby when it comes to visiting the dentist and I was so relaxed. Dina, his assistant was so kind and explained everything she was doing. Toni at the front desk was also very welcoming and sweet.

Just moved back to Prescott and of course came down with a horrible toothache over the weekend. Was able to schedule an appointment on line for Monday morning. The staff was awesome can so caring. Will definitely recommend them to all,I know.

My bridge came loose so I made an appointment. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised when I met Dr. Joshua Allen, he looked so young. After a brief introduction exchange, I found him to be very personable. Upon competition, my opinion is he's very thorough and caring. His assistant was also very gentle. I highly recommend his office and services.

For patients exploring dental implants, Dr. Allen focuses on dental implant restoration and works closely with local specialists to restore smiles permanently. Free consultations are available for dental implants, dentures, smile design, and take-home teeth whitening.
The office is upfront about costs, which can be helpful when planning treatment like implants. New patients can take advantage of a $249 special that includes a comprehensive exam and a full set of x-rays, and cleanings are $99 for established patients. The practice is out-of-network with all dental insurance providers and operates on a fee-for-service model, with payment due at the time of your visit, though the team will file your insurance claim as a courtesy so any reimbursement goes directly to you.
