Ever since coming to this office a couple of years ago, I have never felt more comfortable with a dentist! This team is amazing and so kind and welcoming to me every time. The office is always clean and gives a comforting energy. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. :)

I came hear to get an emergency filling that was done wrong in another place. The other dentist I got 4 fillings done wrong but this dentist only fixed one, which I really appreciate because our family dentist was two hours away and I already been trying to look for another family dentist closer to home. I decided to try this dentist out and the perfect time was when I had these issues going on. I wanted to see how they worked.I waited couple months to write my review because I been going back and forth with my insurance about a grievance I made with the other dentist. The one thing I will say is they are nice they did fix one filling and fix the off bite I had from the other fillings. This is where my issue is. After they fixed that. I was having severe pain on the others fillings I had done at the other place. Two months past and it was the same pain.I went back with them and they did an X-ray and found that everything was ok. That was their belief because I kept telling them something is wrong I have pain. Keledjian said you have an ok filling. And my thought was I don't want to have an ok filling. I want to have a great filling. I just felt like a great dentist would not say that to the patient. He then mentioned he wanted to refer me to an orthopedic dentist. I didn't understand why if I just felt like I just needed my fillings redone that's all and I was willing to pay. He just didn't want to do it. I went back to my family dentist. Told me all the pros and cons about the fillings and he ended up re-doing another filling that the other dentist did. When he fixed that one filling all my pain went away never came back. It was just a simple procedure and I am glad I never went to that referral they probably would have made me believe I needed three crowns and it would have cost me more money and pain to lose more teeth when In reality I just needed a simple procedure done. Listen to your instincts and always get a different opinion that can save you pain, your teeth and money. My other issue that I forgot to mention was when I went in for the pain. I mentioned I was concerned for this other tooth and he just said " I don't know maybe" like if you want to be checked out for other issues they want you to schedule another appointment for the other stuff.they can never tell you other issues in the same appointment. also, my request for a grievance was denied. In my letter from the insurance keledjian said he found no clinical deficiencies with the previous work done by the other dentist that would indicate re-treatment and said my symptoms do not demonstrate substandard quality of work. These people are not for the people when something goes wrong they protect each other. I am just glad my family dentist didn't go by the X-rays or insurance procedures. He went by how I was feeling. He listened to me. Honestly. There's not many dentists who really listen and care of the patient anymore. They go by whatever the insurance regulations are. I rather just keep my family dentist and drive 2 hours.

Best Dental office in Madera. Exceptional customer service with a passion to know each family member. If you are looking for a family dentist I highly recommend them. They care about their patients. We are blessed by their knowledge.

After moving from the Sacramento area, we got real tired of driving 2.5 hours to keep the same dentist. We found Dr. Keledjian after looking at the reviews. We called the office and they were very friendly and they were very friendly. They helped to calm our fears of changing to a new dentist and had amazing things to say about him. When we went to our first appointment, we found that everything that the reviews said and the office staff said was true. Dr. Keledjian Was very kind, very thorough, and made the visit very comfortable. He was also very good with our kids (5 and 10 at the time). He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I didn’t feel pressured into doing any unnecessary dental work and he seemed to take a conservative approach to dental work instead of jumping right into drilling, unlike some dentists I had in the past. I am very glad I made the switch to Dr. Keledjian. He is probably the best dentist I have ever had. If you are planning on switching dentists or looking for a new dentist, I definitely recommend Dr. Keledjian.

I am so amazed with how personable Dr. Keledjian and all of his staff are. From the moment I called to make my first appointment, Ramona was so friendly and helpful. Today during my visit, the dental assistant was very friendly and kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable while she was taking the X-rays. What really took this visit to a different level is that Dr. Keledjian took time to introduce himself and to get to know me. He then proceeded to do the most thorough exam I have ever had done in my entire life. He did a video/picture exam of every single tooth and explained what he saw and how I can improve/prevent any issues. I am extremely happy with how my visit went and look forward to continue any treatments at this dental office!
