I had the best experience at this dental office. Dr. Hanna is very kind, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The entire staff was wonderful as well. Everyone at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and treated patients with kindness and respect. Their customer service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Hanna and his staff. On Thursday evening, I started experiencing tooth pain. By Friday night, my face was swollen and I was in immense pain. Even though the office was closed, I was able to book an emergency appointment online Friday night and be seen promptly. The promptness of the emergency scheduling was a huge relief during a very stressful situation. I ended up needing a tooth extraction. One thing that always makes me nervous about dental procedures is that I typically take longer than most people to get fully numb. In the past, I’ve often just tolerated some discomfort because I didn’t want to be a bother. As I was preparing to explain that to Dr. Hanna, he immediately put me at ease. He was patient, reassuring, and made it clear that I did not have to feel any pain. He took the time necessary to make sure I was comfortable before beginning the procedure. The extraction itself was smooth, efficient, and far less intimidating than I expected. Throughout the appointment, Dr. Hanna kept the atmosphere light with his sense of humor and even included my husband in the conversation, which helped ease my anxiety. He was also very transparent and educational when discussing insurance and treatment options, which I appreciated. Aftercare instructions were explained clearly, and his staff made sure I was scheduled for my follow-up and other maintenance appointments before I left. Every staff member I encountered was kind, respectful, and professional. I specifically encountered Rusul the most, and she was pleasant, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She had my doctor’s notes prepared and emailed promptly. Overall, this was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. If you’re someone who worries about pain, anxiety, feeling rushed, or needing emergency dental care, I can confidently say that Dr. Hanna and his team provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Their professionalism, kindness, transparency, and responsiveness made a difficult situation much easier to navigate.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The staff and the doctor were incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They explained everything very patiently, and I felt completely comfortable asking all my questions. On the financial side, they were also extremely helpful — working with me to find the best option and making sure there were no surprises. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended!

I went to Kent Implant & Family Dentistry because I was told to see a periodontist for gum recession, so I booked an evaluation with Dr. Fekry. Going into the appointment I was nervous because I always feel that way going to dentist offices but I realized very quickly that I had no reason to be this time. Dr. Fekry, Dr. Hanna, and everyone else there are some of the friendliest and most knowledgable people you could meet! Not to mention I am confident that my health is in the best hands possible. I cannot recommend Dr. Fekry and Dr. Hanna enough!

I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff was kind and professional. A special thank you to Dr. Eman Fekry for her excellent work. The results were even better than I expected, and I couldn’t be happier. I truly appreciate her care and professionalism. Highly recommended!
