I had all four wisdom teeth pulled today. I’ve never had any kind of procedure done so I was super scared. Dr. Menegotto and Lisa made me feel so comfortable the entire time and she prescribed me something to calm my nerves. It was such an amazing experience, that after I woke up from the anesthesia I was crying about how much I loved them all lol. And how I want my other friend who is getting her wisdom teeth out to go to them. I expected to be in wayyyy more pain that I am, It was a 10/10 experience for sure. Thank you all so so so much!!!!! Also the lobby is so clean and the receptionists were very sweet and helpful.

Dr.Menegotto and my nurse Michelle was absolutely amazing! I had my wisdom teeth taken out and they were so kind. I was very nervous because I had never had major dental surgery before but it was done quickly and efficiently. I’ve healed fast without any issues. They also called to check on me days after. I appreciate all of their work and kindness.

My daughter was referred for an extraction. We when in for a consultation and they were able to extract the tooth that day. The dental assistant, Haley, did a great job at putting my daughter at ease. The whole office staff and doctors were very professional and kind. They even did a follow up call to make sure she was doing okay the next day. It was a great experience!

Haley and Dr. Ford were amazing. Haley was so easy to talk with and she was very understanding of my weirded out feelings of dental work. By the time I left we gave each other a hug and a lasting friendship was made. They should definitely count their blessings for Haley and Dr. Ford. I will not be going anywhere else. Thank you both so very much. I need to add that I saw Dr. Ford on Wednesday 7/8 at the Beaumont office in Lexington and they were able to get me scheduled the next day in the Richmond office. It is great having people who know you are suffering and actually care. Thanks to Dan Smith at the Beaumont office for his compassion and amazing attention to detail.

My experience here was fast, friendly and everything I needed was answered by the surgeon. Everyone I met and spoke with was super friendly.
Also if you’re a nervous wreck like I am about having any dental procedure- the billing person I spoke with who got me lined up with estimates was amazing. Dan (the man) was definitely the comedic relief I needed to get through scheduling to make me feel better about going through with the procedure.
