I was referred to Dr. Lussier, by my regular DDS. My experience is beyond words. From the moment I walked in they made me feel safe and comfortable. Even though this was a same day appt. They had already spoken to my regular DDS. They took amazing care of me. I always felt safe and cared about. The compassion from Dr. Lussier and every single staff members there is above and beyond. I can not say thank you to them enough.

I've debated on whether writing a review was even worth my time. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Lussier. She sustained a nerve injury during the routine procedure. This is simple fact. But the after care is where, the greatest disappointment occurred. This has been confirmed by his own peers in the dental profession that I have spoken with. Things don't always go as planned. I'm a doctor myself. I understand this. But the feeling we got from this office was that maybe her injury would just go away, and that we would go away. Dr. Lussier was unsure of what to do when her injury didn't self resolve over 3 months. And by the time he referred us to the specialist, her chances of recovery had greatly diminished. This truly is the kindest, honest review I can give. There will be a meticulously worded response to this, I am sure. But it won't change that her injury occurred in this office and it will be with her the rest of her life as a result.

Great, friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Lussier is thorough and takes time to explain all options to you. They have state of the art imaging equipment and are very highly skilled in every aspect. And you can speak to a real human being by phone anytime, including after hours with the doctor himself. This is almost unheard of these days. I highly recommend this practice.

I was having terrible toothaches. I made an appointment with a dentist that was recommended to me. He gave me an exorbitant price of $6900 to pull three teeth. I only wanted two pulled at this time, but he insisted on three. My daughter called Dr Lussier and he was able to see me in a couple of days. He quoted me a price four and a half times less. He also agreed to pull only two teeth which cost only $800 and that included anesthesia. He had a great bed side manner and his staff was great. I would highly recommend Kerrville Oral & Maxillofacial.

Great experience knowing that I am in good hands with Dr. Lussier and his team of professionals from the consultation to the post-op. Follow up call after surgery to make sure I am on my way to full recovery. Would definitely recommend Dr.Lussier,s office of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery .
