Was visiting from out of state and had a crown pop off. Called Key Dental first thing in the morning (7:30 am) and was told they could take me at 8:20 am. Was forwarded documents via my phone and was able to complete prior to arrival shortly before 8:20. Was greeted pleasantly and waited approximately 10-15 minutes to go back to determine what was necessary. The crown was undamaged and they were able to re-attach it without difficulty. All staff were friendly and pleasant. It has been a couple days and no issues with the repair. All feels normal. Would highly recommend.

I recently had an excellent experience at Keys Dental and I can't recommend them enough! Dr. Barkley was phenomenal—he quickly identified a cracked filling and got me in and out with a temporary within just 2 hours! His expertise and efficiency truly impressed me.
The staff was incredibly caring and professional, making the whole process comfortable and stress-free. I felt genuinely looked after. Because of this experience, I will definitely be using Keys Dental for all my future dental needs. Thank you, Dr. Barkley and the entire team, for your outstanding service!

Dr. Barkley and his staff, especially Bridget, were thorough and wonderful throughout my appointment. He caught a problem on x-ray and was able to address it immediately, which is a wonderful blessing! I have a history of difficulty with anesthesia but Dr. Barkley did a wonderful job of keeping me comfortable throughout the procedure. My one criticism is that the prices for services are higher than I've ever seen. That said, I've received great care.

I was happy with this entire team and I would highly recommend. If you are like me and get very anxious/nervous when dental work is being done, this is a great dentist for you. It is a very calming environment from the moment you walk in he got me back quickly for my appt. with minimal wait. Everyone working there was very kind. They answered all my questions and concerns. The dentist was great and I will definitely be continuing my dental care with him and his team.

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this dental office. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like more than just a patient—you’re treated like family. The entire staff goes above and beyond in a way that’s honestly rare these days. Every interaction feels thoughtful, unhurried, and genuinely caring, from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist themselves.

Their customer service is truly next-level. Scheduling is easy, communication is clear, and they are incredibly accommodating. They take the time to explain everything in detail, answer every question (no matter how small), and make sure you’re completely comfortable before, during, and after your appointment. You never feel rushed, dismissed, or like “just another appointment on the calendar.”
What really stands out is how thorough they are. They don’t cut corners—ever. Exams are incredibly detailed, cleanings are meticulous, and they make sure nothing is overlooked. They focus on preventative care just as much as treatment, which shows how much they truly care about your long-term dental health, not just quick fixes.
The dentist is outstanding—knowledgeable, skilled, gentle, and genuinely invested in their patients. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in the results. The quality of the dental work is excellent, and everything is done with precision and care. Even procedures that would normally be stressful feel manageable because they take the time to make sure you’re comfortable and informed every step of the way.
The entire staff works seamlessly as a team. Everyone is friendly, professional, and clearly well-trained. There’s such a positive, welcoming atmosphere in the office that it actually makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience—which is something I never thought I’d say.
On top of all that, this office does so much for the local community. It’s obvious they truly care about the people they serve, not just inside the office but outside of it as well. Supporting local patients, building real relationships, and giving back to the community clearly matters to them, and that says so much about who they are.
If you’re looking for a dental office that combines exceptional customer service, incredibly thorough care, top-tier dental work, and a team that genuinely cares—you will not find a better place. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone and everyone. This is how a dental office should be run.
