Dr. Reddy is incredibly kind and patient, even with all of my questions. She explained everything clearly and even called me a few hours after my surgery just to check in, which meant a lot. The assistants and reception staff were also very friendly and professional. I had all of my wisdom teeth extracted with no pain and a smooth recovery. Highly recommend.

I was in extreme pain and needed an emergency extraction. Keystone Oral Surgery got me in quickly, and Dr. Reddy was calm, compassionate, and incredibly efficient. She made a stressful situation much easier, and the recovery process was surprisingly smooth and completely pain-free. Highly recommend

I had a dental implant done at Keystone Oral Surgery, and the experience was excellent. The staff was friendly and supportive, and Dr. Reddy clearly explained every step, which made me feel comfortable and confident. The procedure and recovery were easier than expected, and the implant looks and feels completely natural.

Beware of this place. Only because my normal Surgeon is booked till June did I contact this office. They require a consultation even though my regular dentist had xrayed my tooth and determined it's need for removal. This Office's Consultation would be a month out, with no guarantee of a surgery date earlier then my normal Oral Surgeon's first available date. My Dentist Office doesn't list this Office as an option. A knowledgeable staff member from another dentist office I contacted described this surgeon as being good, but the office's payment and insurance issue complaints concerned that staff member. Maybe that's why the other Dentist Offices I contacted for surgery suggestions are not recommending this location. My opinion based on comments made by others in conversations, not a specific office employee. I was turned off by the Keystone Office Staff when I spoke with them both on the phone and in person. Read the reviews and you will find excessive billing and insurance issues mentioned. During those conversations I felt like I was dealing with a scam operation. I've used over a dozen dental specialists in my 60 plus years, and this is the first time I've had an experience like this. I have insurance and the ability to pay out of pocket, but this place scared me off. My regular surgeon is worth the painful wait, and there are no additional consultation fees with my regular surgeon. My Dentist's referral is fine with my regular Oral Surgeon. Any bad reviews mentioning billing issues with this place were probably legitimate.

We are so thankful for Dr. Reddy!! 馃┓馃┓ If you are on the fence about going to this place don鈥檛 second guess it & just do it!! My husband has had his wisdom teeth removal scheduled 3 different times with 3 different oral surgeons. Sadly they all fell through on their end not his. He got referred to Dr. Reddy by his regular dentist & we honestly thought it would just be marked number 4, but we were proved wrong. We couldn鈥檛 be more happy with the results of his oral surgery!! He had some really bad anxiety the day of surgery because of having no good luck with any dentist/oral surgeon but Dr. Reddy made him feel comfortable and put him at ease!! she treated him (even me as his wife) like family & took good care of him!! We would love to say THANK YOU to Dr. Reddy for her amazing skills & treating us both with compassion and care!
