I’ve been trying to contact someone with a billing question for the last month, but the office never seems to answer their phone or voicemails. Six months ago, I had a cavity in a molar filled with composite, but they told the insurance they filled the same tooth with both amalgam and composite at the same time. This is not something that they did, and I will be reporting this fraudulent practice to my insurance. Unfortunately, this filling has already failed and is causing me pain. When I finally got someone on the phone after a month of calling and leaving messages, they had no sympathy for the pain they had caused to my mouth. While my filling was being cured, Dr. Hill left the area and never returned to ensure my filling was suitable. I have never been numbed when receiving a filling because of my high pain tolerance, but Dr. Hill gave multiple numbing shots before preparing for my filling. She literally dug a hole in my tooth until I was about to cry. My entire head hurt all day after going through that. Poor communication, poor customer service skills at reception. Sad patient side manners from doc, who has been in the dental field and a part of the community for too long to treat patients without care and attention. Scammy billing and insurance practices just to get some more money out of my insurance and me. Will not be returning and will never recommend.

I love all the ladies at Dr Hill's office. They are always very respectful, friendly, & caring to each patient. As long as she accepts my insurance I will not go anywhere else. I've been seeing her since 2001. Love them all!!

Dr Hill has been my dentist for many years and she and her staff have always taken wonderful care of my teeth. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional but also very kind, caring, and understanding. Case in point - today as I was eating I felt the crown on my back molar became loose or impaired. I called dr Hill’s office and her staff worked me in within a short period of time. Dr Hill examined the tooth and assured me that it continues to be sound even though I had chipped a small piece off the porcelain. She did this for no charge when I offered payment for her exam. Thank you Dr Hill for your service. I really appreciate you and your wonderful staff. God Bless.

I went to Kimberly hill as a child being raised on Medicaid and she shamed me for how long it had been since I had gotten my teeth cleaned. Now as an adult I look back and think how could any grown woman be so nasty!

Dr. Hill has been the best and most pain free Dentist I have ever had but after my last visit I simply have to change Dentists. I was shocked that her oral hygienists had not been vaccinated and that is a dealbreaker to me when she is supposed to be not only a Doctor but also a medical professional. I still gave her 5 stars but this is unacceptable.
