I saw Dr Ben here today as a new patient and I must say I am impressed. From his front office to the back they were all very nice! Misty, his hygienist, was very gentle with me which means a whole lot to my sensitive teeth and mouth. Plus she made the cleaning fun! She’s so friendly. Dr Ben listened to me, and gave his opinion and made me feel welcome. I have found a new home. I would highly recommend this office and Dr Ben.

I have a new dentist almost a year now. I have had two emergencies and they were able to get me in ASAP. The entire staff are professional, courteous and best of all sincere, they care about you. Starting with the receptionists who greet us with smiles all day; to the hygienist who works hard to clean up our teeth to make our smiles bigger. Jackie gladly takes all forms of payment and is happy to check your dental insurance for coverage. Now for the dentist, I have had the pleasure of Dr. Ben work on my teeth. A newer dentist, easy to talk to and get to know. He also remembers things like ("tell your husband I said hello") who we are, certain things about us, we are not just a chart number to him. He genuinely shows care for his patients. I have recommended Kingsport Dentistry to others because my husband and I both like the quality of service and care we receive from them.

Absolutely love this place! I had Dr Ben and Jasmine as the dental assistant and I would not have it any other way! I went in with multiple areas having problems and they got me fixed the same day and was honest about what I needed to have done. I didn’t feel pressured to do anything I didn’t want to do and Dr Ben is a nerd like me so we had a great time. I would recommend Jasmine and Dr Ben for anyone wanting a great, knowledgeable dentist and a kind, personable dental assistant.

My first visit with Dr.Ben was amazing! Not only was there virtually no wait time but when I was called back Jasmine his dental assistant was so nice and personable. They both made me feel extremely comfortable. The exam was painless and I truly felt heard when describing my dental goals. I didn’t feel pressured into expense dental procedures or made feel less than because I couldn’t afford to do everything needed immediately. Both Dr. Ben and Jasmine took so much time after the exam to answer any questions I had. I would 100% recommend them.

Dr. Ben and Leslie did a fabulous job on an emergency chipped/broken tooth for my daughter. I have been a patient here since I was 4 years old and am now 35, and I wouldn’t trust any other dental group for any of our families needs!
