My last dentist destroyed my mouth. When I came to Dr Cingel with broken dentures, a broken heart and implants that needed skin grafts. From the very first visit I was treated with kindness and respect. They gave me a very reasonable quote with a side of great knowledge, clear explanation and what was needed to be done. The staff is so caring and I always felt welcomed. Dr. Cingel shared a step by step explanation on my case, he was always very clear with precise instructions on what I needed to do. He saved my implants with incredible mastery. Everything he did was a masterpiece. So precise so confident in all he did. I was also very impressed that anyone working with him got an education on how and why. My over denture and top denture turned out fantastic, better than expected. He is so skilled at adjustments and impeccable about how they fit. His skill is off the charts! I would highly recommend him to everyone who faces problems with their dentures, implants, bewildered etc...

It has been a few months since the permanent implant and I am so happy. I spent the summer confidently eating corn on the cob with no worries about my tooth. 😁
The dental work was excellent and Dr Cingel provided superior care and support throughout the process. The staff is helpful, caring, and professional. I made the right decision to choose Kingston Implant Center for my dental care.
I have been a patient of Dr. Cingel for a number of years and was pleased to hear of his emphasis on implants. I needed to have my front tooth pulled and I when he explained the immediate implant I was anxious to give it a try. In one session, he removed the tooth and the temporary tooth was put in place. Dr. Cingel and his staff were very considerate and concerned about my welfare and the follow up care has been excellent.
