The best. Dr. Kingston Oral Surgery is great and all his team were very helpful. I needed a tooth extracted. Couldn't find anyone except for Dr. Kingston. No pain afterwards. Making appointment with them is easy. They do their best to help you as a patient. Thank You Dr. Kinston and team so very much for everything. :)

Dr. Kingston and staff are amazing. Have been there a few times and always a good experience. The procedure was explained well and was done in no time. Dr. Kingston called later to check on how i was. I highly recommend this practice.

I needed an emergency extraction on a tooth that was fractured and couldn鈥檛 be saved. I called the office as a new patient and they got me in at 2pm the same day. Dr. Kingston and his staff were above anything I could have hoped for. Surgery was done and I have no pain. Any further extraction will be done at Kingston Oral Surgery.

Dr Kingston and his staff are truly an outstanding group of medical professionals. I called late Thursday to have a wisdom tooth removed and was scheduled for first thing Monday morning. From the minute you walk in the door, you are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Your situation and all aspects of the procedure are thoroughly covered. Eventhough the office was very busy, Dr Kingston will take whatever time is necessary to answer your concerns and put you at ease. Outstanding doctor and outstanding staff. Highly recommended practice.

Kingston Oral Surgery is an oral surgery practice at 2414 Schoenersville Road in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, serving patients across the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. The practice's motto is that it takes the anxiety out of the surgical procedure, and its services include dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, single or multiple extractions, bone grafting, biopsy procedures, and apicoectomy (a minor surgery on the root tip of a tooth). Depending on your needs, the team will help you decide whether a procedure should be performed under intravenous sedation or local anesthesia, and emergency appointments are welcomed.
For dental implants, the practice describes a two stage approach. After a consultation with your general dentist about what will be placed on the implant, such as a single crown, a bridge, or a denture, Dr. Kingston meets with you to discuss the procedure, anesthesia, and implant placement. The titanium implant is placed in the upper or lower jaw, allowed to bond with the bone for roughly three to six months, and then uncovered so small posts called abutments can be attached to hold the replacement teeth made by your dentist. The office typically requests a current panoramic x-ray, which can be taken in the office if needed, and it sends your general dentist a follow up letter and copy of the x-ray after each procedure. Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The practice is led by Richard T. Kingston, Jr., D.D.S., an oral surgeon who has served the Lehigh Valley for over 25 years. Dr. Kingston graduated from Moravian College in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, earned his dental degree from Temple Dental School in 1981, and completed his residency in oral surgery at the University of Cincinnati. He is licensed by the state to provide general anesthesia and sedation, is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, and the Pennsylvania Dental Association, and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. His surgical staff hold x-ray certification, intravenous training for general anesthesia, and CPR certification as part of ongoing continuing education.
