About Kingwood Implant Dentistry & Prosthodontics
Kingwood Implant Dentistry & Prosthodontics, located at 22659 US-59 Suite 120 in Kingwood, Texas, focuses on making dental visits a positive experience, with a compassionate team that is sensitive to each patient's individual needs. The practice offers care ranging from routine cleanings and simple essentials to complex, state-of-the-art tooth replacement, all in one Kingwood office. For patients considering implants, services include dental implants, implant placement, implant restoration, and implant supported dentures, along with full mouth reconstruction, complete and partial dentures, crowns, and bridges. The practice describes its dental implants as providing a strong foundation to replace missing teeth with results that look and feel natural.
Beyond tooth replacement, the office provides general dentistry such as cleanings, preventive care, periodontal treatment, and oral cancer screenings, plus cosmetic options like veneers, dental bonding, and teeth whitening. Sedation dentistry, tooth extractions, emergency dental care, and treatment for conditions such as teeth grinding and jaw joint discomfort are also available. New patients can take advantage of a free dental consultation and a membership savings plan, and the practice serves Spanish-speaking patients. The office is open Monday through Friday, with Friday morning hours.
Meet the Doctors
Dr. Shane Young, DDS, leads the practice. A native Texan raised in Daingerfield, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baylor University with minors in Spanish and Chemistry, then earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery at the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston. He went on to complete three additional years of residency and earned his certificate in Prosthodontics, a specialty he chose so he could provide the highest level of restorative care to his patients. Dr. Young is bilingual and hopes speaking Spanish helps him build meaningful relationships with patients who prefer it.
