I was treated very kindly. I was nervous but everyone helped me feel at ease with procedures. A big thanks to Dr. Ason for his care and skill during my extraction. His assistants were such a joy, calming my nerves with her cheerful attitude. The team is really efficient, and they handle everything with a personal touch. Kissimmee Oral Surgery is the place for wisdom teeth extractions in Central Florida, highly recommend!

Dr Aron was really good. Straight forward no BS approach. I felt safe with him and he knew what he was talking about. Made it simple with no complications. Tonya was amazing she made me feel safe and comfortable through the whole experience. And gave clear instructions on the medication she was so fun and full of joy when I woke up I was so happy to see her. I heard her voice the whole time. And Tristian was great also with my IV and blood work 5/5 whole staff.

Extremely disappointed in this surgery center. First off, it was dirtiest doctors office I’ve ever seen. Fingerprints on the doorways, dirt and shoe marks all over the walls and doors, and the bathroom had urine all over the floor and toilet seat. NOT a sanitary facility. Luckily I was not the patient; I was just there as a ride for someone else! Second issue was we were told they would send in a prescription for pain medication and that never happened. They sent ibuprofen 🙄 I tried to contact the after hours post op line and no one ever texted or called back. My husband tossed and turned moaning in pain all night long. Finally got a text back in the morning saying “they’d look into it” but no one ever called or texted back after that. It’s a good thing we didn’t have anything serious happen because their communication was clearly lacking! Would not recommend this facility at all. It felt like a surgical farm, they take as many patients as possible and rush them in and out without caring after they’re discharged.

Dr. Ason is simply the best! The care and attention I received were outstanding. He took the time to explain everything and answer my questions thoroughly. Especially when dealing with oral surgery, having someone experienced and compassionate is so important. In my opinion, for anyone in the Kissimmee area needing any dental work, Dr. Ason should be your first choice. Seriously, he's amazing.

I went to The Kissimmee Oral Surgery today for a tooth extraction and honestly had the best experience. From the front office staff to the clinical team in the back, everyone was great. I want to give a special shout-out to Tanya. She was excellent at her job—she took the time to explain everything that was happening from beginning to end. She made sure I understood all the post-operative details and even sent my prescription to the pharmacist so it was ready for pick up when I arrived. Dr. Shin Joseph Kim was the best. He was very careful and communicated well, making sure I knew what was happening at all times. He made the extraction feel effortless; it only took him a couple of minutes, and I felt absolutely no pain. If you need oral surgery in Kissimmee, I highly recommend Dr. Kim and his team!
