All the staff were very friendly and the office atmosphere made me feel at ease. Dr Kneib put a plan in place that I could agree with. Staff were very efficient. Also, I was past due for a cleaning and Warren found a cancellation for me later that day so I didn鈥檛 have to wait until August. All in all excellent first visit.

Dr. Kneib is knowledgeable and compassionate. He explains x-rays and what is needed to be done. Crowns, fillings, etc. worked out great. His office and equipment are very up-to-date. Warren, his billing specialist works with my insurance to make sure I receive proper credit, and his receptionist, Robin, always gets me in quickly and calls if there is a cancellation. Taylor and Melissa are empathetic and gentle.

Dr.Kneib and his team are as accommodating and professional as it gets. From the front desk to the clinical staff, everyone is organized, welcoming, and truly cares. Dr. Kneib has spent countless hours over the years fixing my smile, and the attention to detail goes above and beyond. He and his team always take the time to inform me about what鈥檚 happening, why we鈥檙e doing it, and what to expect next. I鈥檝e never once felt confused, rushed, or left out of the conversation. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff other than the dentist, who has the bedside manner of an alligator. I'd still recommend avoiding as they messed up one of my fillings and Kneib was incredibly rude through the process of trying to fix it (had to ultimately get it fixed elsewhere). Plenty of good dentists in Erie elsewhere.

Sign says accepting new patients, when I called lady rudely answers phone , I said your accepting new patients she sighs and says well I guess sort of , nevermind I said. Anyone that has that kind of attitude just for acquiring about sign they put up, i mean why say your accepting new patients if you really don't want new patients 馃.
