Went in for a cleaning appointment, received satisfactory care 馃檪. I鈥檝e been going to this dentist for a couple years, now. They鈥檝e showed consistently good care, and on my last couple visits I鈥檝e noticed how they鈥檝e made efforts to recruit great talent. The bedside manner of my hygenist was excellent this visit. Additionally, the dentist was helpful in reviewing my x-rays and answering my concerns about potential cavities. I鈥檓 very happy with my care here during my most recent visit and I鈥檓 looking forward to seeing them improve even more in the future!

Starting from the beginning, I loved how easy it was to schedule an appointment on my own, online- no having to call busy offices or wait for someone to call you back. Checking in for my appt and waiting to be called to the back was seamless and minimal. Dr. Skye Kim was friendly but to the point, no long wait times feeling confused as to why you're waiting. Treatment was straightforward and she communicated well what the next steps will be. There's nothing better than fast, friendly efficient care that gives you peace of mind.

Just received my 6 month dental cleaning. Painless and even pleasant. The hygienist was very good with her skills and informative.
I will be coming back on a regular basis.
Office staff were great too..

Receptionist was super nice even tho they were short staffed.. my dental hygienist was caring, kind, and accommodating. She was always making sure I was alright and that the cleaning process was smooth. Great people and great vibes. Took my dental insurance easily

I have been here three times. The first time was for a cleaning and a male dentist stopped by, had no manners, and was trying to convince me to get crowns that I didn鈥檛 need. The second time I went for a cleaning and X-rays and they forgot it was for a cleaning and said they didn鈥檛 have enough time so they rescheduled me for months later. I was supposed to have the cleaning today. At 7am I get a text that they need to cancel and to reschedule. No reason given. I took the day off of work. They offer me tomorrow morning when I鈥檓 working, and not going to call off again and lose more money, to put me on the short call last minute list, or to schedule me for October or November.
Don't waste your time, money, or allowed hours off of work. Just wait until you go to the mainland or spend the money you lose taking the day off of work and fly to Oahu and have find someone there. Truly the worst dental office I have ever encountered.
