Everyone was kind, professional, and very informative. Throughout the procedure, the doctor and nurse repeatedly explained what they were doing and checked on my comfort and well-being. I truly appreciated the care and attention they provided. I would highly recommend Dr. San and her team to anyone.

Stephanie was amazing! So polite, kind and professional! I was totally blown away! Dr San came in and explained everything to me in a way that I understood. The entire Team was on point from the time I walked in the door until I walked out! This is definitely what I call top notch customer service and everyone seemed to enjoy their job. I will return and I recommend them to everyone that needs dental work done.

I love these folks. Always patient and explanatory. Great bedside manner and state of the art equipment. Very few doctors offices give you there personal after hours number for emergencies. Oh, and they gave me a chocolate implant on my way out. It was delicious!

April 21, 2026 was my first visit to the offices of Konikoff Hoag and San Dental Implants & Periodontics, Chesapeake. I was thoroughly impressed w/the patient service, treatment and evaluation received from Dr.Hoag and his dental assistant. I was clearly informed from his diagnosis and the treatment he recommended for my upcoming dental work. Also, my questions and concerns were welcomed and answered. The Office Staff was professional, courteous and very helpful. BHyater
