My son's orthodontist referred him to Dr. Benson to have a procedure done. Dr. Benson was very nice and professional. However, we went to have one thing done and was informed that my son's wisdom teeth needed to be removed as well. I was okay with that and spoke to billing and the out of pocket cost was $400 which was due before his appointment. A month later, I received a bill in the mail for $2300+ and was totally shocked. How was this missed? If I had known, my out of pocket cost would be that much, he wouldn't have gotten his wisdom teeth removed. I have called the office multiple times and left a message and no one has returned my call. Unfortunately, I dont recommend this place and the billing person needs to be fired because clearly she isn't doing a great job.

Doctor Denson is great, very professional. One of my nurses Ashley was very comforting about how nervous I was to get my wisdom teeth out. 10/10 health crew. My problem is how no one ever answers the phone when you call. I shouldn’t have to call over and over again to get someone to answer me and when you request information to be sent to you in an email, it doesn’t get sent. The front desk crew I would also say isn’t very hospitable but the doctors and healthcare team are which I would prefer because the former isn’t in my mouth. My brother and I both went here and had okay experiences, we’re healing good and appreciate our surgeon and nurses.

This place has made me feel like I was in a drive -thru car wash. I understand they do these procedures all day long but the arrogance of Bannon and quickness of going over what's to be done or aftercare was mind blowing. However, and to add that I had to pay $1,045 out of pocket bcuz they didn't charge my insurance then when I called back to get the detailed invoices so I can file a claim and get reimbursed. All of a sudden they filed my insurance the very next day. Now, they were paid twice. I mentioned this mix-up at my follow-up visit 4 weeks ago and the billing lady was suppose to call me! HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CALL YET. As of today I have left another VM. If I have receive a call back and refund by Friday I will be filing a complaint with the insurance carrier.

I’ve had two oral surgery’s with Dr. Bannon in the past year, and I no complaints. The staff is courteous and Dr. Bannon has excellent bed side manners. Both times he has personally called to check on me in the evening after the surgery. Highly recommend this practice, and especially Dr. Bannon.

Absolutely the fastest and most pain-free extraction I've ever experienced—truly a testament to the quality of their sedation techniques and skilled staff. I only wish I had received this level of care decades ago, back when unpleasant experiences with less compassionate dentists instilled a deep fear of dental visits. This experience has certainly helped ease that long-standing anxiety. The only downside of my visit was the extended wait time. As a first-time patient, I understand that paperwork likely contributed to the delay, which lasted around 45 minutes. Additionally, the office was quite busy, especially considering it was a Friday before a holiday, which probably compounded the wait. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and the friendly, efficient staff made up for it. I'll definitely return, now with far less apprehension about future dental visits.
