I've been here a couple of times over the years. Yesterday I had a new surgeon work on my extraction. Dr. Hackett was the most polite and considerate oral surgeon I've ever had. Very concerned throughout the process as to how you, the patient are doing. This was a large molar up top that I barely felt come out. If I ever have to go back (hoping I don't) I would insist on seeing this young man again. I can't say enough good things about him and this experience.

Went in early at 8:30 am. For preliminary check of molar where my crown came off. Family dentist said it could not be saved and referred me here. I had a surgery coming up in 3 weeks and this became a problem. They checked my tooth and agreed it needed to come out. He said he could do it now. He had time. So I thank God they could get it done now. I live and hour away. And I was afraid this tooth issue would keep me from my surgery. Surgery was very important. I am so happy they could take me in then. DDS Hackett did a wonderful job. Minimal pain. Took little time to pull it and with no issues. Everyone was very friendly and caring. Would recommend them highly. The charge for pulling the tooth was very reasonable. Pay in cash you get a discount if you don't have insurance. Which I don't have. Clean environment and relaxing. Dentist very knowledgeable and tells you what to expect. Glad I went to them.

dr Ko is a brute. A close fam member went to dr k years ago. In order to extract a tooth, I guess he thought it was necessary to put one leg on this person’s chest, yank and rock my family member around like a flopping fish. Her jaw was wrecked for years, and another dentist ended up pulling out large fragments that were stuck all from the mess of this guy. Yeah. I believe the bad reviews. It’s crazy how polarizing these reviews are, and going by someone clearly this unstable I don’t know how was allowed to practice. It’s evident he hates his patients his job, but I hate doctors because of ones like this prime example, so we’re even.

Dr. Hackett is Extremely Good!!
As a doctor he was very patient, understanding and caring. He prioritized my comfort and listened very effectively.
He did an excellent job removing all four of my wisdom tooths with one being severely infected it was an emergency scheduling.
If you have him as your doctor you have nothing to worry about, you going to be taken care by the best hands!! I am a physician and I am all supportive of this healer, he has the compassion and dedication required for consulting sensitive cases and people for sure!!

I would define this appointment as traumatic. (And I have a high pain tolerance & enjoy the dentist in general.)
For my consultation appointment, they were roughly an hour behind schedule. In addition, there were limited bedside manners and just minutes spent with me (the patient).
For my wisdom teeth extraction, they were about 40 minutes behind schedule. And I stood for approximately 10+ minutes before the receptionist came to the glass. Prior to the procedure the assistant said she would hold hands as needed the whole time (not the case) and they said if I felt pain to let them know. I felt pain let them know, and they kept drilling.
Overall, would not recommend this office if you are looking for friendly & caring.
This office is straight to the point and does not see you as a person just another patient to get in and out.
