Holy moly! This is a great dental office and I am so picky ! They got me in so fast with the concerns I had. The technology is top notch ,I’ve ever seen anything like it. Honest and thorough. The digital pictures of my teeth and bite are amazing to look at and understand. As a new patient it is 11/10 and I love the treatments they offered with enamel re -mineralization!! Highly recommend!

Best place in Chico. Professional entry and greeting at the front desk by Joel and Diane. Social folks that are happy to be there clearly a product of a good vibe and environment. Ricky was my dentist she's a boss, put up with me and made it a good experience. I've never asked to have repeat service from a densit, she changed my view on that. Doing dental work is usually a hassle at kremer they do it different thank you to the team.

Kremer Dental is easily one of the friendliest clinics in town. The staff is welcoming, organized, and always on top of things. I especially appreciate Dr. Salvatore Aiello (Dr. Sal) for fitting me in on such short notice. My front tooth (#9 crown)—originally done elsewhere about ten years ago—had started to loosen and eventually came off. Dr. Sal was kind, thorough, and took the time to explain all my options without any pressure. He genuinely focused on what would be best for both my dental health and my budget, which is something you don’t always find. His honesty made it easy to trust his recommendations. They were able to fix my crown the very same day, and the whole experience was smooth and accommodating. I highly recommend Kremer Dental, and if you can, choose Dr. Sal—you won’t regret it!

Front desk was welcoming as a first time patient. The assistant was respectful and courteous. My Dentist was thorough and clear with my exam and treatment plan. Although it is a little pricey, I feel confident with the treatment plan.

I decided to switch to Kremer Dental after a couple of awful experiences with my previous dentist and I’m glad I did. Every procedure has been handled with such care and professionalism, and most importantly the staff are so kind, and genuinely want to get to know you. Highly recommend for anyone searching for a new dentist!
