I’ve been coming to Krengel for just about 6 months now and have had two great cleanings and exams, and a really positive experience with a couple of fillings and a crown. I’ve seen Dr. Pound and Dr. Westmeyer and they were both very kind and listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. They’re also really willing to work with you on your treatment plan to make sure it works for what you need. Both of the dental hygienists I’ve seen for cleanings have also been great, including Taylor today! I had never had a crown before a few months ago, but they made the whole process go very smoothly and I’m very pleased with the result. It is a little pricey, especially being in the Delta Dental preferred network as opposed to the PPO, but I’m really pleased with the work they’ve done for me and I’m willing to pay a bit more to have reliable and top notch dental care. They don’t do in house payment plans, but do partner with some third party vendors to provide financial flexibility. Would definitely recommend Krengel in Bloomington to anyone who asks!

I’ve been going to Krengel Dental for over 5 years (specifically the Bloomington location), and I genuinely love coming here! I used to have major anxiety about going to the dentist, but the team at Krengel Dental makes every visit so comfortable and stress-free. I’ve had a variety of treatments here, including Invisalign, teeth whitening, bonding, and other cosmetic dentistry, and every single experience has been excellent. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive, and they always take the time to explain everything so you feel confident in your care. I trust them! What I appreciate most is the combination of professionalism and warmth - they make you feel like more than just a patient. If you’re looking for a dental office where you actually enjoy your visits, Krengel Dental is it! I won't go anywhere else.

Taylor is an amazing hygienist—thorough, professional, and genuinely kind. She makes every visit comfortable and efficient, and somehow keeps things fun even with dental tools and fingers in my mouth 😂 She always remembers details about me and clearly cares about her patients. She’s a huge asset to the office and makes going to the dentist a great experience! 🦷✨ The team behind the scenes are always welcoming and so professional! I enjoy Krengel dental (7+ years of going here!!)

Krengel Dental is hands down the best dental office I’ve been to. From the patient care coordinators to the hygienists and doctors, every single person treats you with genuine kindness. They take the time to thoughtfully guide you on steps to improve your dental health, always with compassion and never judgment. I especially look forward to my appointments with Jenny! She truly is the best and always takes the time to listen.

I have only ever had good experiences when getting my teeth cleaned at Krengel Dental, but this last time was exceptional. I am 8 months pregnant and had a couple of dizzy spells during my visit and the dental hygienist and dentist were so patient and caring throughout the entire time I was there. They showed me nothing but kindness and catered to my needs until I was feeling better. I honestly feel like I got better care at this dentist office than I would have at the actual doctor's office. Thank you once again to the amazing team at Krengel Dental.
