I have always had anxiety when going to the dentist ever since I was a kid. Needed to get stiches out and went to La Esperanza Dental. They were amazing and put my anxiety to rest. Monica and Amy at the front desk were super professional and went above and beyond for me with greeting me and scheduling my appt. They should train all of Shannons receptionists. Dental Assistant Debbie was phenomenal. She treated me not just as a patient but as a human being. Listened to me and answered all of my questions. Dr. Rodriguez is the greatest Dentist I have ever met. His bedside manner was prestige. Communicated to me everything he was doing and is seriously the GOAT. This team is the best in the country and am so lucky to have received treatment from them. Yall Rock!

This is not a rating for the clinic as a whole. Pediatrician and women’s health are worth every bit of 5 stars. Dental isn’t even deserving of the 1 star. I live over an hour away and drove up with my 3 young children for an appt scheduled 6 months ago just for them to not have their stuff together. We had 2 different insurances, but because they couldn’t verify on the computer, they couldn’t see any of us until they talked to the insurance company. I’ve never heard of any medical office waiting until the DAY OF to check on insurance; should’ve been handled last week for a Monday appointment. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule and said absolutely not. I would not recommend this dental clinic to anyone!! The lack of customer service and incompetence was too much.

An excellent resource in our community. The staff was excellent and my overall experience was great. They took great care of me and I did not have to wait long to be seen. Keep up the great work!

Dental is the best establishment I have ever been to in San Angelo. They are always on top of everything, given you actually give them the correct information and call back when they leave a message.🙂 the front girls, Monica and Amy are always kind and welcoming, Debbie and the providers are absolutely wonderful. I truly enjoy coming to see them! 5 stars is not enough for everything they do!

Jacob absolutely amazing at making you feel comfortable. He also has a great sense of humor and will make you laugh a lot. Carly is wonderful at making you feel great about your teeth again. She is very personable and will talk with you instead of the awkward silence. Dr Rodriguez was very wonderful at making sure you are seen as a person no just a number. He is very kind and makes sure you feel heard.
I would recommend this amazing crew.
