My aunt had a wonderful experience here! She needed a tooth extracted and the team made her feel completely comfortable from start to finish. The staff were kind, patient, and explained everything clearly. The doctor was gentle and caring, and the procedure went smoothly with no complications. We’re so thankful for how well they took care of her — truly a professional and compassionate dental office. Highly recommend to anyone looking for affordable tooth extractions! Thank you!

The ladies at the front desk were polite and got me checked in/out smoothly.
Heather did a great job with my cleaning! She was very thorough and lovely.
Dr. Stephens is always great as well. 10/10!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Lake Belton Family Dental and Dentures and will not be returning.
I was charged for services that were never performed. When I questioned the charges, I was told that I never had an appointment—despite having both email and phone confirmation clearly showing otherwise.
Things went downhill from there. I asked to speak directly with the dentist for clarification and was refused. The office manager told me that the dentist “does not deal with patients,” that it was her job, and that there was no one else I could speak to. Her tone was dismissive and accusatory, and she essentially implied that I was lying.
This was especially unfortunate because I genuinely liked the dentist and the dental assistant and had no issues with the clinical care itself. However, the behavior of the office manager was shockingly unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
A dental office should value transparency, communication, and respect for patients. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I will be taking my care elsewhere.

Dr Stephen’s and his team are the best They treated me like I was family The result of their work is a great pair of dentures that fit perfectly It was a lot of effort on their part and I thank them very much I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist who is able to provide anything you need

Excellent service. The staff was helpful and very friendly. My appointment was for a cleaning and had a Excellent job done. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them as my dentist.
