Dr. Boudreaux and his staff are the best! I was in a great deal of Pain due to a really bad cavity in one of my back teeth. It was so bad that I was crying. Doctor staff did not hesitate to get me an appointment that same day. They got me in the chair pretty quick, too. When Dr. Boudreau saw how bad my tooth was he told me that they would pull the tooth immediately. He was so patient and caring and so was his staff. They took great care of me. He removed the tooth and now I am pain free. Thank God for Dr. Boudreaux

From the consultation to the procedure, my whole experience was excellent. The staff and Dr. Boudreaux are friendly and helpful and I will recommend any friends or family that need any oral surgery to go see them. I was very grateful when I received a voicemail from Dr. Boudreaux checking on me after surgery. His concern and care for his patients Is genuine.

No complaints. A few hours after surgery the doctor (Dr. Boudreaux) personally called me to check on my daughter. I found that to be very impressive and beyond my expectations. I was able to get questions answered without any wait.

Very friendly staff and doctor. They put you at ease. They make procedures pretty much painless and Dr. Boudreux called me personally after the procedure to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience of a tooth extraction and bone graft under sedation in preparation for an implant. Dr. Fisher and all of the staff at LCOS were very friendly, helpful and professional. Very minimal discomfort afterwards only requiring ibuprofen for the first day. I’m looking forward to completing the process, knowing that I will receive the same level of care!

Meet the Doctors
The practice is led by two board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons, Dr. Donald Boudreaux Jr., DDS, and Dr. Rawleigh Fisher, MD, DDS. Dr. Boudreaux earned his dental degree at Louisiana State University and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital through the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 2006. He has been a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery since 2010. Dr. Fisher, a native of southwest Louisiana, earned both his dental degree (2002) and medical degree (2005) from Louisiana State University in New Orleans and completed his surgical residency there in 2008. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and serves as a Clinical Professor of Surgery in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.
