Dr. LaTocha and staff were kind and patience. I was nervous about procedure but everyone made me feel at ease and spent extra steps explaining. I strongly recommend this office to everyone.

I had a wisdom tooth come in sideways. I never felt the shot to numb me up. I didn't feel any pain through the extraction. On top of everything the staff is very friendly and Dr Latocha has a great sense of humor to put you at ease. I am extremely happy I was referred here.

The expectations for the procedure were explained clearly in advance. During the initial exam as well as during the procedure, Dr. LaTocha was knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner; kind and funny. His nurses were sweet and efficient, the procedure was quick, and my son healed great. I would recommend this office to anyone.

About Lake County Oral Surgery

Lake County Oral Surgery, located in Gurnee, Illinois, is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice that has served the community for over 30 years. The practice focuses on surgical procedures such as wisdom teeth removal, tooth extraction, bone grafting, and dental implants, including the All-on-4 treatment concept for patients replacing a full arch of teeth. Dental implants are placed to act as artificial tooth roots that support crowns or full-arch restorations, helping patients restore chewing ability and preserve jawbone structure.

Patients considering dental implants can expect the surgeons to explain their options in plain language before any procedure begins. The practice offers multiple sedation options, from nitrous oxide to IV sedation, for patients who feel anxious about surgery, and it works closely with referring dentists throughout Lake County. With decades of experience performing implant and extraction procedures, the team aims to combine surgical expertise with attentive, unhurried patient care.
