Highly recommended!!! Another most positive experience at Lake Erie Dental. From the initial & friendly greeting by the receptionist team, to the welcoming, professional, thorough & quality work by the dental hygienist, followed up with a comprehensive review by the always upbeat Dr. Sambuchino, kudos & plaudits to the Team at Lake Erie Dental!!!

Staff were nothing but polite and respectful. They all treated me like a friend and made it as comfortable as possible for me, including front desk and billing. I assumed it would only be a consult and they ended up getting my work done same day! The building itself has a beautiful, calming atmosphere! 10/10 recommend! & my smile already looks a thousand times better despite not even being fully done with receiving care!

Love my Dentist! This office is modern, friendly and just has such an amazing vibe interacting with all the staff. I am so pleased with my care and the results of a couple issues that completely changed how confident I feel. Thank you for offering such good care to your Patients.... you are an asset to this city.

Dr Sambuchino is Highly Skilled. He has done multiple procedures on me and has been smooth and precise. He is extremely busy but recently he took the time to go over treatment options and billing with me wich I Greatly appreciated. He has made sure the treatments were painless as well.

currently sitting in the waiting room for an emergency appointment to replace my top retainer that my dog chewed after spending almost 6k out of pocket for my braces here. I have to get them remade with my current teeth because they apparently do not keep trays, something they didn’t tell me when i got them made. today they told me they don’t have the storage space to keep them which i understand but had i known i would have asked to keep them. Drove 2 hrs here they said they could fit me in at 3:30 and its currently 4:44 and they close at 5, and when i asked about the waiting time they said they had no idea. they have been late by hours with my past appointments. they do not have enough staff for the amount of patients they take in. if you don’t have the staffing available don’t schedule so many people. a guy came in after i checked in and he said he wasn’t sure if he could come in at 3:30, meaning he didn’t confirm but it was a squeeze in appointment like mine. he went in and left while im still sitting here. came for a teeth cleaning that assistant could have taken my impressions too. but instead they take a walk-in instead of a person who literally called an hour and a half beforehand to secure a spot at 3:30. they did good work with my braces but at this point i have to leave this review. having patients wait for hours and showing favoritism with last minute appointments is bs. i gave so much money out of my own pockets to this place. i’ll be trying my best to avoid coming back here unless i absolutely have to. it’s now 5pm and I have to leave for Buffalo in an hour. they’re closed for the next 8 days so i can’t wait to get my impressions done.

About Lake Erie Dental: Kevin Sambuchino, DMD

Lake Erie Dental, led by Dr. Kevin Sambuchino, DMD, is a full-service general, cosmetic, and restorative dental practice in Erie, Pennsylvania. Patients come to the office for a wide range of dental needs, including dental implants, and the practice notes that Dr. Sambuchino rarely refers cases elsewhere, so most treatment can be completed under one roof. The office describes itself as a one-doctor practice, meaning patients see the same dentist at every visit rather than rotating among several providers.

For patients considering dental implants, the practice explains that an implant is a titanium post placed in the jaw that bonds with the bone over time to support a replacement tooth, and that implants can also support dentures or bridges for patients missing multiple teeth. The website notes potential benefits such as helping to prevent bone loss, stopping teeth from shifting, and supporting a more even bite. Lake Erie Dental also offers a range of other general, cosmetic, and emergency dental services, and the team says it takes time to walk patients through their treatment options and answer questions before moving forward with care.
