I would not recommend this place after my experience. Honestly, I’d rather not have any teeth than deal with the disappointment I had here. They really didn’t do anything for me, except quoted me an unbelievable amount of money. Then lady even told me to watch for when they have a “buy one, get one free” implant special so I could come back later. You would think they would’ve honored something like that to help a new customer.
Then when I mentioned that I was going to check around on pricing, this girl had the nerve to tell me what questions I needed to ask another dentist because supposedly nobody could do it like their doctor since “he can fix anything.”
Well, they can’t fix my teeth, so I guess he can’t do everything after all.
I was super excited going in, so this whole experience was a huge letdown.
But thankfully, when I was discussing what happened today, a co-worker told me about another place where the reviews are better and the pricing is fair.

Worst experience I ever got from a dental office in my life. I was suppose to go in to get a teeth cleaning and my tooth looked at. Dr Mike dismissed me and tried to charge me over $400 for a chipped tooth. That is completely insane. On top of this they said there’s “too many people scheduled to give me a cleaning today” WHY DID I WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY TO COME IN HERE and y’all didn’t give me the proper services I requested when I scheduled my appointment. These people just want to run your insurance and get you to come back to pay more copays and fees . DO NOT COME HERE!

Literally hands down the most sweetest ppl you’ll ever wanna meet. Very straight up with you. You won’t find a better dentist than him. Look no further and make your appointment. You’ll be glad you did I promise!

That was the best consultation I've ever had with a dentist office, also they didn't charge me for the consultation, Jeanne was amazing, the dentist was amazing too , no games layed out a plan and we're going with it ... my situation was definitely challenging but Jeanne and them did everything they could to help me , and that's why I'll always use them from here on out . This was my first time here and my only regrets are, that I didn't come to them the very first time I had dental procedures!!! Jeanne you're the best , from one combat vet to another!!!

Everything about my visit was comfortable. The staff were polite and kind. The office was beautiful.
All of my questions were answered, with everybody doing everything they could do in order to give me what I need, without serious upselling.
I look forward to working with Lake Texoma Dental Care and Wellness, and i'm so excited about getting my new mouth!
